I've bought from Cakehead several times and always found the product quality consistent and delicious with easy ordering. On one occasion when I needed to speak to customer service, Lauren was very helpful and sorted me without any difficulty

I have ordered a number of times now. Always delivered on time, always utterly delicious. Tend to go for the Indulgent and Vegan options. It’s especially fantastic being able to send to Vegan family and friends. They feel very pampered. This time the two boxes I sent were to go with “a nice cup of tea” whilst planning a very unexpected funeral. The second in six months. When they arrived I had messages saying they couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you Cakehead. X 💕

We had the Indulgent Box given as a gift, even though there was 18 cakes as a family of 4 with a few friends had them completed within 2 days.
The double chocolate brownie was my favourite and the packaging is so well designed, these boxes do genuinely make you smile.

Cakehead is THE place to go for cake. For me they are unmatched when it comes to the contemporary range they offer and the quality of their bakes, which is outstanding. Special mention to the vegan range which is head and shoulders above anything else I’ve tasted- particularly the vegan caramel shortbread and the brownie. I have ordered for both personal consumption and gifted to friends and family and they deliver every time. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Cakehead. Their customer service is second to none, always going above and beyond and I always look forward to an excuse to order.

deliver on time, packing was good, tasted great, the only problem was the caramel shortcake was all broken the base was way from the toffee and chocolate was broken and that my favorite that you for the email that good service i replyed

I have used Cakehead twice now both times as gifts. The box I sent, I personally did not taste, but was assured by the recipient that the contents were wonderful. The second box, the Happy Box, I sent as an 80th Birthday present. The box arrived within the appointed time and was beautifully boxed. The contents, which I was very pleased to be able to sample, were absolutely superb. This startup firm deserve to be patronised and I wish them every success now and in the future. I cannot give them enough praise. A big thank you.

By far the best brownies I have ever tasted! If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out! Fantastic, friendly customer service from Lauren. I received some cakes as a get well gift from a friend - I’m really impressed with their vegan cakes (goodbye diet!) - I will definitely be using CakeHead myself for future gifts, they arrive really nicely packaged too and are a great idea for a gift. I have loved caramel slices all my life...one big problem is finding someone who can make them as they should be done. Found Cakehead, ordered my first box of caramel slices and absolute heavenly bliss...at last, found someone who knows how to make the BEST caramel slices. Next job, try their other cakes...!!!

I have done extensive research on cakes by post, all selflessly carried out. These are by far the best. Superb quality. Next day delivery and unfortunately loved by everyone in my house! My research has concluded and I have no need to look any further.

Box: vegan brownie and gluten free. My box was a birthday gift and it was the best gift ever. These are the tastiest brownies I’ve ever had especially vegan ones. As we all know sometimes vegan and gluten free products lack that punch, but these are everything and more. I can’t wait to order again. Also the customer service is outstanding. I read a lot of reviews and the majority of the time they do impact my decisions, so I hope that me writing this review has helped yours! You will not be disappointed with these bakes

I don’t even know if can do these brownies justice with a review ! They are THE best brownies I have ever had in my life! The Praline and Lemon and while chocolate one will put you in heaven coma 🥰

We ordered the Brownie Variety Box for my parent's anniversary and we honestly can't recommend them enough...Fans of fudgey chocolate brownies need look no further! The Cakehead team, especially Lauren, have been absolutely brilliant in replying to my emails making sure we received our brownies. We can't wait for the next family event so we can order some more!

Really happy with my gluten free, vegan box delivery. Arrived so promptly on the day I was told it would. Absolutely amazing cakes, the brownies are so lovely, it was fab to have a caramel shortbread again after so long and the nutty bar tasted lovely. My parents couldn’t tell that they weren’t just ‘normal’ cakes. The customer service lady Lauren went over and above to help me as I have some other intolerances. Will definitely order again and recommend 100%.

These are seriously good brownies, quite possibly the best I’ve EVER tasted. I got a whole box full of these beauties- 3 different varieties in a beautiful gift box. Such a fabulous present to give, even better to receive.

I received a box a few months ago as a gift, i loved it. I then ordered one for a colleague and she loved it. Through work I get to send gifts out to customers for leaving us feedback and referrals, so I have chosen Cakehead to delivery them as from the moment I opened the envelope and eating the last crumb it was so enjoyable.

Wanted to send a gift to a friend and her family that wasn’t well so decided cake would cheer them up, I sent an indulgence box and they were over the moon!!
They said cakes were delicious!!
