Awful

Awful customer service and poor advertising. My first time ordering from CakeWorthy. I ordered a sweat suit from them but the sizing was way off. I either wanted a refund or an exchange, at the very least, since their sizing is off and since these are clothes from ONLINE that you cannot try on. But just because I was a first time customer, I received a percentage off code. I guess because of this, my items were considered Sale Items. I was rudely refused a refund or exchange, stating that all sale items are final. They can clearly see that I just received the package, and they would be able to inspect that the clothes are unworn with tags, yet they prefer to be difficult and lose a new customer, forcing me to just eat it and lose money for something that I can’t even wear. They could easily make this right and provide an exchange option, but chose not to. What an incredibly bad taste they’ve now left.

I purchased a gift for a friend in Dec…

I purchased a gift for a friend in Dec 2022. When I did not receive the merch, the company refused to give me a refund so I reached out to my credit card company who issued me a chargeback. Completely forgetting the experience, I ordered something on their website today and they cancelled the order and told me I was BANNED because I dared to get a refund from my credit card company when the company refused to give me a refund when I did not receive the purchase. I wish I was making this up. They are clearly a scam company, so BEWARE and do not waste your money. Customer service will not help you if you don't receive the merch.

Buyer from the uk

I have to say as a buyer from the uk I have had amazing service and customer care.
One of my parcels has just been lost by the delivery company and Cakeworthy were so helpful and refunded me straight away.
The items I have received have been amazing, fantastic quality and items I'm not able to purchase in the uk.
I will continue to buy from Cakeworthy and I am grateful they post internationally.✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

If I could give a zero star review I would.
I have been shopping with this company for years. I have spent a lot of money on their products. No substantial issues in the past. A hole here or there.. No contact through the phone was always a red flag, but tried to limit contact with customer service as the representatives there have no customer service skills even through email. Unfortunately, my recent order has changed everything. I was charged for my order and received a shipping email. I received tracking information. My account said my order was fulfilled. Then suddenly my tracking information ceased to exist. Had I not called the shipping company (Flash box) to inquire I would have been told nothing. No communication was sent. The shipper washed their hands of everything saying Cakeworthy never gave my order to them. Scam? I spoke to my bank to let them know about the current events. Rightfully so, I paid for an order I did not receive at no fault of my own. The next day Cakeworthy sends a bold [nameless] email saying I have been banned forever? My account blocked and refrain from any future purchases on their site as they won’t go through. My reward points gone! Being top tier in rewards and a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars with them over the years means nothing. One issue, OF THEIR OWN DOING and the customer is treated horribly. No product, no communication, no money or compensation. JUST. BLOCKED. BANNED. FOREVER. Don’t worry Cakeworthy, I don’t need to spend anymore of my hard earned money at your company if this is how you treat loyal customers.
Your quality has gone down hill over the years. Matches your unfortunate customer service. Good riddance.

I ordered several items and they missed…

I ordered several items and they missed to send several of them, I wrote to their customer service and they refused to admit their error and wouldn't refund me. After the bank refunded me they BLOCKED me and they are very rude as well. This IS just an abusive company, I will report it because for a Disney store this is a shame. Cakeworthy is a joke! They delete Bad reviews as well, that IS just wrong!

Don't expect your order on time, or maybe ever

I made a very large and expensive order with Cakeworthy.

One week after making my order, it received a shipping label. I waited and waited, and the package was not shipped. Only a shipping label was printed.

Two weeks after making my order, I contacted Cakeworthy customer service about the issue. They got back to me, but only to notify me that they would do nothing, and I would have to wait an additional few weeks before they would even look at my case.

I followed up with their customer service and they ghosted me from then on.

Three weeks after making my order, I finally received notice from the post office that it finally shipped. (For reference, the Cakeworthy site says orders take 1-5 business days for processing + 3-5 business days for shipping to my delivery location. My order took more than a week longer than that, with poor communication and unhelpful customer service.)

I’m glad my order finally arrived after a month, but I also feel compelled to issue a warning to other potential customers that Cakeworthy is not a reliable or friendly store. Don’t expect your order on time. Don’t even necessarily expect your order at all - they forgot about mine for three weeks. Don’t trust their customer service to help you. Don’t trust them with your time or money.

I am a big fan of Loungfly but I loved…

I am a big fan of Loungfly but I loved this ET bag they had to I paid for it. The cost was around the same. I have had the bag less then a year and don’t carry it everyday but the print is rubbing off and today the print rub off onto my arm and I had to scrub it in the shower. Pretty disappointing since it wasn’t a cheap bag. They need to charge less if they aren’t going too hold up

Seriously thoses aren't asian sized :) trust me, i'm 5ft11 and 300 pounds. Their 4XL clothing fit well, tshirts and sweaters i tried so far are good but could use a few inches more in lenght

I'm very disappointed with this…

I'm very disappointed with this company. I didn't vet them as well as I should have because they had lots of licensed material and brand recognition so I trusted them. I pre-ordered an item that was supposed to ship on or before 10/31. I waited a few more days before checking the site. The site still said the item was shipping on 10/31. I contacted customer service 11/2 and they said they didn't even have the items yet. Which, things happen but an email notification of delay or even an update to the site would have been appreciated. Finally got notification of shipping on 11/9, but that was just creating the label. As of 11/18, usps still has not received my shipment. It's just sitting at their facility somewhere. I do not recommend shopping here.

Consumers beware

If I could give this company a “0” star I would. Poor customer service. I paid extra money for express shipping but took 2 weeks to receive the items. By the time I received the items and noticed it didn’t fit. I attempted to start a return. I reached out to their email address and was informed I missed the 30 day return window. I explained I received the items two weeks later and they were not sympathetic. Poor customer service. Will never order any products from them again. Consumer beware!

I went ahead and commented my experience on their FB page and they deleted my comments. I was being honest and warning potential customers. An honest company leaves reviews up or fixes the issue and this company did nothing. I learned my lesson. Never again!

Poor Customer Service

Received an item of a bad size after following their instructions. Big deal, I start a return and add a size-up of the item.
After deciding not to, as I had already opened the product and could not return it, I reached out to customer service who replied with "I have cancelled the product from the exchange". Low and behold... I receive it in the mail today after being explicitly told that they cancelled it.

Tragic Customer Service

I ordered three items, one of which was a pre-order. Their website states that in-stock items will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship. No big deal, right? All I needed to do was be patient.

As it turns out, what they don’t tell you is that they won’t pick out any of the items for packaging until the pre-order is ready to ship. Which meant a limited, sale item I ordered was cancelled and refunded because it was no longer in stock (and there are no plans for the site to reproduce this product, which is a bummer because it was something I had my eye on for months and could only personally justify purchasing within a larger order).

Customer service was entirely unprofessional with deadpan, one-line responses and didn’t seem sympathetic to the situation at all, and offered no solutions. I’m incredibly sad because I’ve loved the quality of previous garments I’ve received from Cakeworthy and their collaboration lines are beautiful, but I can’t justify ordering from them anymore after this awful experience with customer service.
