Cal.com has been a great pleasure to use, it is a great service if you want to build a custom booking solution.

The api docs is clear and the support team is great! I am using the European version and so far so good!

The only thing I would add to the docs is a bit different endpoint for the EU version, but the support team was there and helped me, so it took a bit of time, but nothing dramatic :)

I totally recommend the service!

There is no customer support

There is no customer support. If you have an issue and try to use the chat, you get a message that says "the team will reply as soon as they can." You get the same message when you email the support team. Hours later on a weekday during work hours, I still had not heard back from either chat or email. This is totally unacceptable for a paid account. Really shocking.
