David gave us his sole attention. He explained everything about the location of the new homes and took us through every aspect of the home we are interested in, even showing us accessories and tiles. He listened to our needs and made us feel heard. This is a dream home for us and David helped us so much.

Neal provided a brilliant service from start to finish. He was extremely thorough, hardworking, and efficient, completing the job to a very high standard. The preparation was meticulous, and the final finish is excellent.

Plot 237, Noble park. Excellent customer service presale (particularly Sebastian) and post sale, with exceptional aftercare by the team at Cala Homes, particularly Simon Bannister, Ahmed and Abby. A few snags could perhaps have been avoided during construction, nonetheless the aftercare provided is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

George Fisher did a great job on behalf of Cala when visiting our home this week.

Alan, Stevie and Paul from the maintenance team did a lot of work and worked around some awkward scheduling issues to ensure everything was finished on time. All done neat, tidy and to a good standard 👍

Cala sends efficient people most of the time once they get their act together but it may be lost in emails and we have to start all over again. Recently, we had a painter George Fisher to do some paint work and he has been before also. He does the job well and a thorough professional. Very funny too the five stars are mainly for him .

We recently liaised with Julie from customer services (NHC) regarding some documentation required for the sale of our Cala home. This came about at a particularly stressful part of our house sale process (close to exchange) and Julie was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our requests and concerns, escalated and dealt with these in a timely manner and took care to keep us informed, which left us feeling reassured that our request would be dealt with. Big shout out for Gary and Ruaridh, site managers at the Cala Ballagan Woods development, helping advise on my landscaping plans. Both are great to engage with, nothing is too much trouble and always go the extra mile to help. Fantastic service guys, much appreciated.

Vickie and Emily have been an incredible support to us whilst buying our new home at Ballagan woods. They went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress-free. Throughout the sale they have been in constant communication, making us feel supported and informed at every step.

Both Vickie and Emily have been very accommodating and informative at the Balagan Woods site and have made the whole process easy. Their enthusiasm has made us even more excited to get into our new home!

We bought our first home at Knightwood Chase in Fordingbridge 3 months ago and have had an excellent experience with the whole team. The sales team (Beckie and Jo) are wonderful, very welcoming and competent. They made the whole reservation process and selection of optional upgrades very straightforward. They also kept us updated with photos and videos while our house was being built, which we really appreciated.

Both before and after the sale, the site managers (Ian, Miles and David) were also very present and supportive. Julia, the customer service manager for Cala Southern, was also extremely competent and responsive when dealing with our snagging list, ensuring that everything was addressed and that we were completely happy with our new home.

The layout of the whole development is very well planned and done with care, with lots of green spaces. Overall, we are very happy with our new build and the service from Cala.

Very helpful and made the experience smooth and easy.
