Following my previous review, I would like to thank Molly and Martin Hales again for their continued support with our new Cala home at Barden Croft, Tonbridge.

Martin recently carried out paintwork in our home, and we are very pleased with the results. His care, attention to detail and friendly manner were much appreciated.

Molly, Assistant Customer Service Manager, has continued to provide helpful and professional support, ensuring our concerns are followed up and keeping us informed.

It’s reassuring to receive such thoughtful aftercare. Thank you both for your continued efforts and for looking after us and our home!

We had a positive experience at Ascot Gardens . Veneda & Oli were friendly & very professional . We really appreciated their honesty . Communication with Veneda was excellent . Both were very quick to respond to any questions . They both are a credit & asset to Cala homes .

Lee has come to my property a handful of times to carry out work.
Is always very respectful of my working from home nature and communicates well of anything that is going to be happening.

I would highly recommend George and Alan. They carried out remedial painting and decorating work at my property following water damage caused by the incorrect installation of the windows.

Both were friendly, professional and diligent throughout the job, and took great care and pride in their work. The quality of the finished work was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy.

Really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in using George and Alan again or recommending them to others.

This is our 3rd new build in last 10 years but quality and services are pathetic from Cala Homes , previous ones were with Crest Nicholson & Taylor Wimpey and both were way better, so many basic nagging issues , poor water pressure on new build home and they artificially increase it by installing some pressure thing under kitchen sink ( dont know for how long its gonna last as one of our neighbours had some major leaks after increasing water pressure ) , once u fill the NHBC survey after purchasing the new property from them then they hardly acknowledge ur concerns , Grass quality in lawn is pathetic with patches & uneven all over the back garden despite the fact its a new property, Dont spend ur hard earned money on their property. Overall very poor ethics and standards.

Alan has just completed my two year snagging maintenance and I am very satisfied with the outcome. He has a very approachable personality and passed the inspection from my dog too. The work is of a very high standard.

We identified a couple of issues after our initial site sign off and were passed to the CALA Customer Service Team.
I have really appreciated Molly persevering with a request and looking at alternative solutions when a supplier wasn't engaging. These are all booked in and we look forward to the these jobs being completed.

Conor did an excellent job attending to minor repair works as part of our 2 year snagging process. He minimised disruption to the best of his ability and was respectful of our property. His communication throughout the duration was outstanding, keeping me informed of his progress and time keeping for the day. The quality of his work is also commendable. Thank you Conor, it was a pleasure having you around

Had Steve Thomas around today doing some snagging that’s covered under the 2 year, no quibble warranty with Cala Homes. There’s been a few visits to correct some minor faults or adjust doors/windows etc and today was, as all the visits have been. Absolutely perfect. The Cala employed team of maintenance personnel are absolutely brilliant. Every one, particularly Steve today take so much care and pride in the work they do it really shines through in the finished job. They’re a real credit to Cala, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Thanks very much Steve. 5*’s

Excellent work by Mr Paul Matthew to repair the ceiling, from start to finish all the way!

Bought a house in bucklers park and I'm very satisfied about the whole experience.

Sale was smooth and the team supportive, the house had only a few snags that were addressed promptly and the post-purchase customer service was spot on.

Lee for kindly and quickly repairing any settlement cracks and the damage we did ourselves to the wall when moving in;
Shyla from the sale team for making this possible.

Kerry who works in customer service has been nothing short of brilliant! Making sure that everything is being completed! Has truly made the last few weeks of pregnancy sooo much easier!

So far we have only dealt with the sales team in the office, Edwina, Sofie, and Maria, they have been very friendly and helpful with everything we have asked of them so far, nothing seems to be too much trouble, and very flexible and accomadating.

Professional, helpful, friendly. Arrived on time, completed work as agreed, left everything tidy. And did it all with a smile and efficency. Thanks guys.

We’re now three months into living in our new-build home in Lancing, and we couldn’t be happier! The whole journey has been so smooth and easy, and the support from the Cala team has been great.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone involved, and a special thank you to Mark for looking after us so well and always being there to help. We really appreciate everything you’ve done to make settling into our new home such a positive experience!

Vickie and Lynn made me feel so welcome and answered all questions I had. They were both incredibly helpful and understanding. It was the most relaxed I’ve felt at a new home appointment this far.
