Unreliable product

As others have said poor sporadic customer service with little or no response. I could put up with that if the tool worked. On any given day it is not syncing with my Google or Outlook calendar which makes this useless for me, if I can't rely on it.

I have a love/hate relationship with…

I have a love/hate relationship with calendar.com. I just renewed my second year, and it WOULD be decently priced...IF it worked.

It's frustrating because it has amazing potential, but without adequate support, any potential is wasted. The support has always been odd. I usually get a 1st reply right away....to which I give more information, then.... nothing but crickets. My last support ticket didn't even get a first reply.

There are things it SHOULD do as a scheduling calendar that it doesn't.
The emails that get sent to clients are abysmal.
The error messages I get (when test scheduling a meeting) don't give any clue what the problem is. It turned out I had typed too much text in the text box where I ask potentials what they want to discuss. The average user would not know that was a problem, because the software doesn't tell you.

There's a host of other issues. If they had adequate support I'd feel like maybe some of this would get resolved...but the way it looks now, I just pissed away $144.

Dishonest Company, Poor Product

This company charged me for a year, when I wanted a month-to-month plan, and refused to refund it and make it right. Support is non-existent, and the app does not even sync all events on the same calendar. Truly one of the worst apps I've ever used, and one of the least ethical companies I've worked with. Avoid at all costs.

***Editing to respond to this firm's fraudulent reply:
1. I tried to use the app for free last year, and it did not work then. I forgot how bad it was, and tried again this week to use it for a specific application. I have *NEVER* successfully used the app - it is terrible, and does not work.
2. You REFUSED after THREE requests to refund my money. Your reply is a lie. I tried to upload screenshots of your emails refusing to refund the money, but this site does not allow that.
3. If you had simply been an ethical business and refunded my money, instead of embarrassingly nearly begging me to let you keep the $72 over the span of 5 emails, I'd have stayed a customer and paid monthly. Well, I would have if the app worked, which it doesn't.

Brad, you signed up for our service on April 7th 2021, then went back and forth with our customer service where they tried to help you. They got the issue resolved on April 28, 2021 (6 customer service tickets). You were then a free user of our service for 12 months. One year later on April 7th you upgraded your account and paid for a yearly plan. You then asked support to downgrade the plan on the same day, it was downgraded and were refunded. You then demanded a refund a day later, to which you had ALREADY been refunded. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process through Stripe. We have since contacted them and forced an immediate refund.
Despite all this, you sent an email threatening us stating: "If this is really the path you want to go, you’ve got the right customer to help spread the word. We are a 25 person digital marketing firm, and we’ll be happy to make sure and spread the word about your company. Np."

While we have provided you with customer support and several emails from a dedicated support rep + got a refund + threatened extortion, you still left the review.

The Calendar app has a great user…

The Calendar app has a great user interface and is very smooth and intuitive. The best part is the analytics. The way it is able to show me who I spend the most time with is something I haven't seen in a calendar app before. It seems they are very focused on time management and efficiency and not just day planning!

Calendar is a fantastic app to try

While I’ve tried different Calendar software over the past years, I found Calendar.com to be the smartest among them all.

As someone who attends a lot of meetings with prospective clients, Calendar let me give prospects options to choose between different locations with an address along with each one.

The Calendar mobile app for iOS makes it easy to create, view, and manage my events.

The software is ideal for companies that have a remote team spread across the globe in different time zones. It’s easy to communicate with our developers who are both in Europe and Asian countries.

The real gem of Calendar lies in its Transcription feature. I can record every word said in a meeting. So if there’s any time I need to go back to important moments during the meeting, I can do that with ease.
