**Review of Caliber Collision**

I recently had a frustrating experience with Caliber Collision that I feel compelled to share. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, initially hopeful after hearing about their reputation. However, my experience was far from what I expected.

From the start, the timeline for the repair was poorly managed. I was given an estimated completion date, but as that date approached, I received no communication regarding the status of my vehicle aside from inaccurate automated messages. I had to make multiple calls to get updates, but each time, I was met with vague responses and no clear answers. My car ended up being at the shop for over six weeks, which was far longer than I anticipated.

What made matters worse was the lack of regular communication from the staff. I felt like I was left in the dark about my car’s progress, which only added to my frustration. It was incredibly inconvenient, and I had to rearrange my plans multiple times due to the uncertainty surrounding when I would finally receive my vehicle.

To top it all off, when I finally got my car back, I discovered that my gas cap had been broken during the repair process. This was the last straw for me. Instead of feeling relieved to have my car back, I was left dealing with an additional issue that I hadn’t had before bringing it in.

Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was disappointing due to poor communication, extended wait times, and damage to my vehicle. I expected a much higher level of service, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Service was amazing received car back…

Service was amazing received car back in a timely manner. Cory the GM was on top of everything as well as Craig with Communication. I knew what was being done and when. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to caliber collision for any repairs! We will definitely be back if ever needed!

We were so pleased with the service…

We were so pleased with the service provided for a minor repair..they were very professional, great with communicating with us on the progress and courteous. My Van looks like it's brand new. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of being serviced by John Focarino and Karina Ibarra.

After such a positive experience of their great people skills, I felt compelled to write this letter of appreciation.

Thank you for your wonderful listening skills, your great hospitality and your compassionate way of demonstrating your duties with your customers. I was immediately greeted by name and with a smile. In addition, it was John Focarino’s due diligence that earned me an earlier scheduled auto body repair service appointment. It humbled me so much because I was made to feel like a member of the family who you hadn’t seen in a while and made to feel at home.

It all started with the exceptional greeting by your receptionist, (Karina Ibarra). She exhibited a cheerful demeanor, an enthusiastic personality, coupled with an exceptional positive work ethic.

John was quick to show me the quality workmanship that was performed on my truck. In addition he had my truck washed beforehand. John and Karina Ibarra are both sincere and dedicated individuals. They are polite and wonderful people. They exhibits great people skills when dealing with others. Furthermore, regardless as to “where” or “Who” they may be employed, the fact is clear – the recipient of their services will receive a job well done and one which will stand out above and beyond the norm.
 
This is definitely a reflection of the leadership and captain of the ship. I was so happy that she was bilingual, it was exhilarating, in so much that I felt an irresistible urge to write to you about my thoughts and feelings regarding the profound impact their testimony has had in my life. When I think of the people who have inspired me, someone who impressed me; of the people that I will never forget. They and your organization are now on my list.  
 
As a Servant of the Lord, I send you my blessings. Remain true to your calling and continue your work ethics of great honor and respect. As you continue to grow in your journey of life, I pray that God,grants you all your hearts desires. May His face smile upon you. It has been my pleasure to have been a recipient of your most touching service. Put your trust in your creator. He will give you strength and make your way perfect.

Stay away

Stay away. Paint match guarantee only means the color they come up with is blended on adjacent undamaged body panels. They don't seem to take care of vehicle during repair/storage. I found a red ink stain on leather seat and front bumper had new scuff marks all over it. Mechanical repair was ok after their second try. Friendly staff though at Stone Mountain GA location.

Top of the line Care for your Vehicle.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision Newport Delaware. Tony walked us through beginning to the time I picked my car up. if there are any problems when we leave please do not hesitate to stop by to see what I can do for you. I can honestly say he was about his word because my trunk would not open and he put it on a machine to bring up codes that I took to a mechanic and the problem was solved so fast with the help of him and his co worker that assisted with getting the problem on hand. Thank you to the both of them and their dedication to simplifying the problem. This is a place to take your car if you have anything wrong or going wrong with your vehicle. Thanks again. Charlie W.

Kia at Selma Auto Mall gave me wrong info

Kia at Selma Auto Mall told me the spoiler had to be replaced because it was broke. I asked him can't it just be screwed, he disagreed and repeated, it is broke, take it Hyundia they will give you the cost, your insurance should cover it. It will be over a thousand to replace the spoiler. I couldn't afford to be without my vehicle. At an impulse I decided to get an estimate. Drove to the first car repair shop in Fresno. Caliber, Fresno/Manchester shop. I received a friendly greeting. I was asked if the insurance was going to cover the damage. I said it is not damaged: I believe it only needs a screw. She said let me look at it. I was surprised by her willingness to see it on the spot. She looked at the spoiler, called the service man and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. It was missing a screw. I thought honest, friendly and excellent service was of the past. It has been a while since I have received such great service.

Steer clear of this place at all costs!

Steer clear of this place at all costs. You will do better elsewhere. Here is my experience with this place. I took my truck to be repaired. First Geico paid them to re-decal the truck, and they informed me that they were not able to get the decal. So you did not refund the money for that work to either Geico or me. My truck has a Lund Tonneau cover which when you repaired the truck was removed and placed back on wrong. Omar, who was handling my repairs, advised that the cover was not removed at all. That they had taped over the cover. The cover has been on the truck for over 15-years, I drive off and on the highway the cover flies off the back and thank God it held on to one side of the truck or it would have potentially hit another vehicle causing more damage. After calling them I was advised that it was not their problem and they could do nothing. The cover had to be opened to be able to remove the decal that came to the top of the bed. The pictures show it. So when they placed the cover back they did not secure it. Do your research before you visit these people.

Service Advisor Matt Compton/Caliber Collision, Camarillo is the absolute best! Matt explained the entire process to me, answered my questions and kept me informed almost daily by either text, email or phone call. The car looks amazing, was done ahead of original schedule and seamlessly worked with my insurance company.

From start to finish i was notified as…

From start to finish i was notified as to what was going on. Cristian got back with me on follow ups. My rent a car was set up as promised .When i came to pick up Truck it looked like it was never hit which is what wanted i am pleased with the whole operation from start to finished was very positive . The check in lady was top notch most of all my truck looks great. This review is from the Wylie Texas .451 Westgate.

This has been an awful experience from the start. When I came in, I explained that I was doing a large amount of repairs on my home and did not want my vehicle tied up for more than 10 days as it would impact my family and a very negative fashion. I was not going to leave the vehicle unless it was guaranteed that I would have it back. Also when I made the initial appointment, I stated that I was only coming in for an estimate. Did not intend to leave my vehicle if they couldn’t give me a safe estimate.

When they said they would not just do an estimate that the vehicle had to stay and wait for Parts. I told them I would just go someplace else so they called the technician from the back to speak to me – Rich who walked out to my truck with me, looked at the damage. He said in no uncertain terms it would be back in 10 days . Here I am now 8 days after the vehicle was supposed to be back in my hands and I’m getting a call that the decals they told me they had previously now suddenly they don’t have them. They were kind enough to tell me that I could accept this partial work and exceptionally poor customer service, but I’m certain they’re going to accept 100% payment from the insurance company. Clearly, I’m going to contact my insurance company because I don’t trust these guys and they are exceptionally shady. I would advise everyone else to avoid doing business with them .

As a sidenote, my wife has used Caliber Collision over on Lafayette before, and they did a great job and they didn’t have any drama. It’s clearly this shop and the people there.

WORTHLESS WARRANTY! Dangerous Condition

Although the Body work and paint job on my Jeep Wrangler were done well; their Lifetime Warranty is Basically WORTHLESS. They had to install a new shock on the driver side that was NOT installed properly and could have been very dangerous. The shock became completely disconnected from the frame of the Jeep and the bolt fell out. The shock itself was fine. It was simply NOT installed properly and not torqued down sufficiently so it became disconnected from the frame. At which point the Jeep signaled a "Traction Control" error and the onboard computer shut the power down. If properly tightening down a bolt is NOT workmanship, then I don't know what is.
CALIBER's REGIONAL MANAGER decided that they would NOT EVEN REINSTALL THE SHOCK. They denied it was their fault..
There is NO WAY A SHOCK becomes disconnected from the Jeep unless it was NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY.

I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

All I needed was a radiator replacement

All I needed was a radiator. What a nightmare. Because the radiator was not replaced I am financially, emotionally destroyed.
1. Negligent of repair
2. Negligent supervision
3.Unrepaired damaged - still under warranty
4.Improperly repaired damaged radiator
5.Returned my car in defective condition
6.Retuned my car in Dangerous and UnSafe condition
7. Reoccurring radiator over heating having to return to KIA service department because of caliber collision negligent
8.False Representation - I was told that my car was towed to KIA of Tacoma because there was a oil and water mix and the rod was damaged. My car should have been towed July 3rd.Caliber Collision had my car parked in their gated parking lot for 19 days my insurance coverage for a car rental expired and I had to pay for the enterprise car rental out of my pocket.
I am experiencing financial hardship because I can't drive my car to go work that is if I had a job. I am now at KIA service department where I am told that the head gasket is blown because the radiator was Not replaced correctly.

I am so very distressed. I have a job interview Monday morning and I don't have my car and I can't get a rental because my insurance coverage expired.

I need compensation.

Just picked up my Tahoe after dent…

Just picked up my Tahoe after dent repair.
Car looks like new. The best part was my service advisor Taylor Sewell. She was very pleasant and thorough and kept me updated on the progress of the repair.
If anything happens again I will request Caliber.
