The friendliness and sincerity
The friendliness and sincerity to help me with my problem. I went to the Lawton Oklahoma shop with a unique problem and was very impressed with the way "Master Technician" Kevin met the challenge and solved the problem immediately. I had been to a number of other repair shops in Lawton, but none were able to take on the task. "Service Advisor" Gary Braun runs a very professional operation and both Men deserve the utmost respect from the corporation. These two Gentlemen are straight up professionals

Extremely disappointed with the…
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Caliber Collision's Mitchell location. Experienced unprofessional behavior and incompetence from front desk to management, especially Mr. Keil. Delays, misinformation, and lack of courtesy marred my visit.
Especially after trying to address issues with the regional manager. Received an unprofessional email stating my repair appointment for December 11 was canceled without providing an alternative or date for rescheduling, after waiting for over 3 weeks. I've been familiar with Caliber since 2018, but this experience doesn't reflect their standards. Currently choosing not to work with them and cannot recommend based on this level of unprofessionalism. Hoping this review helps potential customers
I left my car for an estimate
I left my car for an estimate. When I arrived to pick it up, my rear window had been mysteriously shattered. They will not cover their damage to my car. Josh stated, "It's not our fault." Well, it surely is not mine, as I was nowhere near. Never trust this company with your vehicle. I am a 74-year-old widow on Social Security and have been very unfairly treated. Doesn't Caliber Collision carry insurance to cover any damages THEY incur?
The overall service experience at this…
The overall service experience at this shop was extremely disappointing. I entrusted my car to them for repairs following hail damage, expecting a timely and thorough service. However, my vehicle spent an exorbitant two months in their workshop and was still returned to me with unresolved details.
To compound matters, the delay exceeded the rental coverage provided by my insurance, leaving me in a precarious situation for an additional two weeks. Only after persistent requests and practically pleading with the manager did I finally secure a rental vehicle while they completed the repairs. It was disheartening to feel compelled to take this step simply to ensure mobility during the extended repair period.
Regrettably, by the time my vehicle was ready for pickup, I had reached the point of accepting it in any condition, just to conclude my association with this workshop. The overall experience left much to be desired, and I sincerely hope improvements are made to ensure a more efficient and customer-centric service in the future.

Class act
My wife and i visited the Caliber Collision in Toledo Ohio. We were greeted by a manager named Woodrow Blackburn and his assistant Emily. We left there feeling like they truly cared about our issue. We are going to take our vehicle there when we get everything arranged. If all of your shops are run like the one in Toledo, you should pat yourselves on the back. What a classy and professional shop.
Thank you for great service and Great work.
Thank you for great service and excellent work, and keeping me informed. My contact with Peter and Jaclyn has been very pleasant. Keep up the great work.

Took my 2018 Ford Escape to Caliber Collision in Wooster Ohio for estimate after being rear ended. Fixed the bent brackets and replaced bumper. They did an excellent job and it took them a day an half. Was very satisfied with repairs they did and the folks at the Wooster Ohio shop are very nice and professional no hidden surprises or costs. They also washed outside and cleaned inside of my vehicle.5 Stars for Wooster Ohio Caliber Collision! You are the BEST!! THANK YOU!!
Great Experience!
From the start of the process everything was clearly explained, no surprises in the cost or the time the repair took. They stayed in touch throughout, giving me regular updates as to where they were with my repair. The customer service is excellent, very polite staff and the facility in Palm Coast is top notch. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I had minor damage to my right rear bumper from a collosion. Caliber gave an estimate and had the work completed in just va few days. It's like the collision didn't happen!

I just got my car back yesterday after I had done some serious damage to the front end by running into my mailbox post. Post was fine. Anyway I brought the car in on a Monday and got it back Thursday. It looks awesome and they did keep me informed on the progress. Also looks like they vacuumed inside the car and washed it. I was very happy with their service. Hoping though I don't have to go back again .

Everyone at Caliber is top notch
Everyone at Caliber is top notch. Had my car twice this year for mishaps. Both times my car came back looking like new. Paint match was great. Dustin made sure that things were exactly as I requested. Great team, do not hesitate to take your car there!
Decent work, failed to repair, QC lacks
Had my vehicle at Caliber collision a few times in the past year for minor cosmetic damage. Both times they forgot to attach my front license plate/bracket and they failed to repair a damaged fender that was damaged during the accident. They ended up having to replace the fender because there was rusty metal hanging that was damaged during the accident so the car had to go back into repair for another week. Im completely baffed how that was missed because it was plain as day. Lacking final inspection, paying attention to detail, and missing repairs and forgetting to put parts on is unacceptable. Quality of work was good, and I didnt buy the excuses why the work wasnt completed or why the damage wasnt repaired. As mentioned, both times by vehicle was ready, it had to come back 2x to fix and repair what was required.
A Gamaliel
Car mechanic assigned to this job: A Gamaliel.
Here's my detailed case timeline for reference:
Car towed on 24th October 12pm to Caliber collision e braker lane location. I followed up on Wednesday, 25th October and was informed that it will be moved to Buff bend drive location. No response from anyone. I followed up on 26th October to check if the car has been moved. Customer agent said oops we somehow missed it and we'll move it to the other location today. Please note the location is <1 mile away. I followed up again on Friday to see if the car has been moved. I was informed that the car has now been towed. Mechanic was assigned to this job, his name is A. Gamaliel. His service has been extremely disappointing. Till date, i'm the one who is doing all the running and not once has this individual called me. Whenever i call and ask what's the ETA, there's always some reason and the feedback given is, i'll get back to you. Needless to say, he never calls/informs.As i write on 3rd November, i have no idea what's going on here. Can someone provide an ETA asap and get this moving soon? Key thing to highlight is that the service has been beyond horrible. Also, question is, what is the team going to do about it and how are we holding them accountable?
I would not recommend going here at…
I would not recommend going here at all! I dropped my car off with repairs as I explained to them something was wrong with my airbags at the time off drop off. I then rec'd a call stating my car was complete. I asked about the airbags and was told to take it to the dealership in which this was caused by the accident. Caliber had no since of urgency to get me my car back. I then had to pay for rental out of my pocket in which they didnt care. Took them 2 months to complete my repairs in which should not have take over 2 weeks. AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL... THEY WILL NOT LOOK OUT FOR YOUR SAFETY AND GIVE YOU YOUR CAR BACK WITH THE AIRBAG SENSORS BAD!!!
I was treated like a senile old lady
I was treated like a senile old lady. I may be 74, but trust me, I'm not senile. They upped the agreed price by thousands of dollars for repairs and didn't even have the courtesy to discuss it in a private room. Rather, they chose to humiliate me in the waiting room. The manager was rude and would not even answer me questions. Do they treat all senior citizens like 2nd had citizens or just women?
