Amazing experience

I will never be able to thank Cali enough for the support and guidance she has given me. I’ve been amazed by not only the physical changes but the mental changes that have come from working with her for the past 8 months. She has given me the support and accountability that I needed.

Cali has been super supportive

Cali has been super supportive. She has introduced small changes bit by bit that mean they are manageable but have a lasting impact. I lost 27lb during my time with Cali and I am much happier with my body shoe. I can now run 10km from not really running at all and the gym is part of my routine.

Cali has been a very supportive coach. There have been a variety of resources available plus constant contact with Cali. I’ve learnt a lot about nutrition and what important factors support my goals. Thank you for the kick I needed!

I had a great experience with Cali

I had a great experience with Cali. I started on the Teacher Transformation programme which gave me a great basis to star from. However, the 1:1 coaching afterwards was invaluable. I had such a mindset shift over the 5 months and feel so much more confident in my fitness and nutrition. As someone who has never enjoyed exercise, I can at least now see and recognise its benefits, thanks to Cali's advice and support. I'm so glad I signed up and wouldn't hesitate to return if I needed to.

Amazing Coach

Cali is an amazing coach! She is so experienced with her wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and food. I have enjoyed adding new habits into my lifestyle and Cali is so supportive. The weekly check ins either group call or one to one have been really useful and inspiring. The app is really easy to use and it is great to have everything in one place, which links with my fitness pal and smart watches. Although my time has come to end with Cali and the 8 week teachers reset programme, I am going to continue using all the strategies Cali has taught me!

Really helpful for busy teachers!

I have really enjoyed being part of the Cali-fit community! Cali has been a great coach who has helped me to learn strategies to balance work and looking after my heath! Weekly check-ins were measurable in different ways including personal reflections and individual feedback. I also had access to lots of helpful resources such as: high-protein recipes and online workshops to support with wellbeing and a busy teacher lifestyle! Would definitely recommend CFC!

6 week programme

Fabulous supportive coach, even when you weren’t at your best Cali could see some positives and would provide the support and motivation needed. Really simple apps to use, daily tasks and group support. Made things fun too. Realistic goals and targets that you have chosen. Highly recommend, give the 6 week programme a go!

Seeing a difference

Having worked with Cali for a while now, I feel so supported and listened. I am improving my lifestyle and making positive changes. I am really grateful for her positive outlook, encouragement and providing a safe environment to ask questions and grow.

Bespoke Coaching, excellent support

I found Cali through an online review and I’m really glad I did. She offers 1-1 bespoke coaching programmes and supports with nutritional changes to enable you to make progress. Prior to using Cali I was a yo-yo dieter, often returning to WW. Working with Cali made me realise that food is just that - there are no good or bad foods. Cali gives excellent support - there are what’s app groups & her own app and she tailors your programme to what you need. I’m gym phobic but her programmes are easy to do at home. Her prices are really reasonable & I 100% recommend her.

Helped rid bad food habits!

Loved working with Cali over the past few months. So much of the focus has been on reestablishing good routines and habit stacking - which meant that I’ve not been indulging in sweet treats like I used to.

I joined to try and become more fit and lose weight but definitely found the routine and structure this brought to my life a massive additional bonus!

I now think a lot more about what I’m eating and what it’s doing for my body rather than just eating. Hugely looking forward to continuing the journey…

Cali is an amazing coach!

Cali is an amazing coach! Before Cali, I had convinced myself that I couldn’t lose weight, and I wasn’t eating particularly well or exercising effectively. A year later, I am in such a positive place with my health and fitness. Cali offers support in so many areas and this has been vital for my progress. Cali draws on her own experiences as a teacher to support her clients and this makes her programme particularly bespoke. I would also never have joined a gym without Cali- but now I love going and feel confident and comfortable there. I was unsure whether coaching was right for me before I joined Cali’s team, but it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for all I have learned from you, Cali. Thank you so much!

Great Summer Challenge!

I joined the 6 week summer challenge and so glad I did! Throughout the challenge, Cali was supportive and incredibly positive. She created easy to access workouts from home and set calorie goals that did not restrict any foods. Cali created very useful videos to inspire us to make healthy choices and support a positive mindset towards fitness and wellbeing too. This was all achievable alongside busy teacher life! I will be looking out for another challenge created by Cali in the future. Thank you!

Kickstart I needed

Finds positives in everything!

Cali is great to work with because she’s great at recognising and celebrating progress - something I’m not too great at! She also understands what it’s like to be a teacher and balance a healthy but manageable lifestyle alongside. Our fortnightly checkins are so helpful and it feels like chatting to a friend, as does the community of women that she has created I am really grateful for her encouragement and time.

For a new mindset and for feeling healthier.

Between 2017 and 2023 I spent a lot of time trying to lose weight and be happier with my body. I exercised, “dieted” and yo-yoed losing some and putting it all back on and more. I was totally and utterly fed up.
Then I found Cali through a teacher recommendation online. For the past year Cali has helped me to totally refocus my mindset and just be happier with me!
Through personalised workout plans, 1-1 support, a brilliant support group of Cali’s clients, nutrition advice and mindset workshops, Cali has changed things for me that I didn’t even expect to happen!
I’ve lost weight, toned up, become stronger in body and in mind. I’m more knowledgeable about nutrition (NOT dieting!) and all the good habits Cali has instilled have become part of normal every day life.
I highly recommend giving Cali a try, if like me you have tried it alone and need some much needed support. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Supportive, Motivating and Knowledgeable

Cali is a supportive, motivating and knowledgeable coach who cares so much about her clients. She is always willing to listen and give advice or motivation wherever needed and makes sure that her advice is achievable. Cali understands the demands of a teaching career and helps me prioritise time for myself and my fitness even during the busiest times of the year. I’ve been working with Cali for 5 months now and my whole attitude to fitness has completely shifted. Highly recommend!
