The orange color is definitely not as vivid as in the photographs. It’s impossible to put on by oneself. Disappointed. The turquoise one is too small. I expect a refund.

Everything arrived quickly, and beautifully packaged. Each item wrapped in plastic, encased in its own little drawer and then enclosed in its own little box. Very nice.
Not to overlook the fact that both chains were beautiful.

Bracelet quality okay , customer service is bad all the way
Finally I got the bracelet, the shipping this time honestly was spot on , since day one I always said bracelet quality is great ,but as long as they will fix their shipping method, everything shone good, I’ll increase my rating to 4 starts .

customer service is below below expectations, I purchased 3 bracelets, it took almost 10 days to get , you guys probably using the cheapest USPS shipping, anyway I received the bracelet 1 of fits good and I had to exchange the other, since Jan 25th they been giving me the runner around , on the 25th they said they received the bracelet and they will do the exchange today which was 10 days ago , and still haven’t received any shipping information, so this means after 10 days they still haven’t shipped my bracelet, so I almost paid $100 for one bracelet so far , I’ll give you guys another couple of days then I will file a fraud claim. It’s so easy to take my money, in less than 30 seconds, it’s Almost a month now since I purchased the bracelet. After I give you 2 stars I went back and changed to 3 , my advice to you , your bracelet quality is good don’t ruin it by chosen the cheapest shipping and making your not happy.

I was disappointed in the material the bracelets are made of. The photo appears to be a nautical waterproof material but when the bracelets arrived it seemed to be a soft cotton fabric. I was disappointed.
