Fake company, money laundering
It is engaged in illegal activities with unlicensed gambling platforms.
These illegal casinos use these types of companies to make their supposed deposits, thus employing other companies with different Merchant Category Codes (MCC). The MCCs were probably manipulated to circumvent such restrictions (laundering transactions).
I have evidence of all this and the support of hundreds of affected people. I can prove everything I say if you need evidence.

This company is transaction laundering for casinos in curacao. Multiple payments made to Donbet Casino came out as CLMNT on bank statement and i was informed by my bank that they are calimantana.com
I do not have an account with clmnt so how can they take payments from me? Exactly their company is just masking illegal transaction laundering activites
