Calira London 

I bought a dress before Christmas but was very disappointed with the quality. Since then I have been unable to find a way to return it. I feel that I have been scammed!

Spent £90 on 3 items
3 weeks later no order
No email updates about the order
I emailed the info@ email address nearly 4 days ago, no reply.
Awful!

Calira of London are a Chinese company selling tat advertised as being top quality clothes.
Do not buy from this site, they will take your money they will not refund when you find out the crap they send you.

Shocking.. avoid.
I purchased 2 shirts which arrived after approximately 3 weeks and my chasing their delivery.
The shirts do not match the advertised quality and are not worth the price paid.
When emailing Calira they continually avoid their legal obligation to refund and eventually have stopped replying to my emails with no other way to contact them.

Following this review Calira contacted my by email asking me to remove my negative review of their service in return for their resolving and refunding me. I responded that I was not willing to do so and expect a refund as is my legal right in the UK. I have not heard any further since.

I bought incontinence cream. Total for 2 very small tubes for 59.99$ total 1 Oz each. I applied it broke out in a rash. Emailed company said I could send back unopened package to get refund. I said okay where so they gave me address in China. I looked the shipping up to send the unopened package back it is go na cost $30. So $30 to ship to get $30 back. This is the biggest scam ever I am going to tell everyone I know never to buy anything from this company.

I received a gilet which unfortunately was the wrong size for me, having bought this to the attention of Emily of Calira the issue was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. The style and quality of the garment is well above my expectations, so much so that I have ordered a second gilet. Well done Calira.

I brought a pair of cargo shorts online for £28, the picture was a light disressed grey and the design included pocket pleats and double stitching. They took about 3 weeks to arrive (presumably from Asia) and were nothing like the Advert. You could not get a poorer quality. There was no return details, On investigation there is no London address. I complained and were told there is no returns policy but they will offer an instore credit or 50% return if i send them back to an unknown address.

I bought a very nice quality gilet/jacket
from Calira but unfortunately it was too small, I contacted them and they sent me a larger one that fits and even
allowed me to keep the smaller one which was over and above expectation! So highly recommended !

Amidst many negative reviews I can only praise this company.I ordered a gilet from them and got the sizing wrong.I contacted them and within a few working days they sent me a larger size which was spot on. No need to send the original one back and I didn't have any excess postage to pay. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size garment but once I contacted Calira they immediately sorted this and my correct size is on the way. The quality of the garment was really excellent and I am so looking forward to wearing the replacement when it arrives.
Full marks to their customer service department.

Ordered two coats and I’m really impressed, they look good and feel great to wear. Liked them so much I ordered three more in different colours. The quality is solid and really comfortable. Customer service was also spot on, they even managed to update my delivery address after it had been shipped (ps. thanks Emily!). Definitely a 5/5 from me.

Still waiting for the 50 % refund the said they would send for the last 2 month the transaction has been pending in my statement. Very poor customer services avoid like the plague.

Not recommended – violation of consumer rights

Calira refused to issue a full refund for a product I purchased online. The item did not match the description – the size was different from what was shown in the size chart. According to consumer rights in the UK, customers have the legal right to cancel an online purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item – regardless of the reason.

In my case, the company refused to honour this right, which goes against UK consumer law. It appears that Calira applies return policies that are not in line with the law, putting customers at a disadvantage. I strongly advise against shopping with this company – my experience was very disappointing

This is not a Uk based company it is a scam,
You will eventually receive an item which in no way resembles the product on the website you will receive garbage.
No return details and no customer service no invoice.

Do not buy this is a scam and should be removed from Face Book.
This is a no star rating but no option for this .

My jacket took a bit longer to arrive and unfortunately it was delivered while I was away on holiday. Of course when I came home the package had been stolen, so i reached Calira and they sent me a replacement free. It arrived yesterday and it's fantastic and warm. Great service!

The carson are really comfortable and exactly as described. The material look good, the pockets are handy and they weren't expensive. Shipping was free and smooth, highly recommend.

After contacting caliralondon.com regarding an incorrectly sized garment, the correct sized version was delivered. Great customer service.

I ordered a pair of Tan cargo shorts on 31/08/25 from the company but it soon became evident that although they have London in the name the product I ordered was coming from China.
So smelling a rat I waited and waited for delivery they were delivered on 16/09/25.
On arrival it was evident that the material was not Soft Cotton as the label stated Polyester (Made in China) and you could tell too.
Very poor quality indeed the stitching was described with highlighted stitching but it was the same colour as the main material.
When I emailed to complain I was made an offer a 30% refund and after further email I was offered a 50% refund but no way was I going to accept that for a product that was not what I ordered.
Do Not Use This Company they are dishonest and their product was cheap and tacky.
