Can use another service if possible
The service is ok but the price is not clear. The price is from 55 to 85 but they will charge you maximum. They tell the simple work is 55 and complex is 85. Use pliers to clamp and twist to break the lock. It took 20 seconds but it will charge £85. I could not imagine what is more simple.
Update: please don’t buy lock from their provide. You can search in the ebay or amazon. It is only 1/3 price. They told me £60 pound but i google and it costs around £20. You can buy some thing from screwfix or toolstation. The fixing is too quick, and it not hard. I did not realise that after i saw them install the new one. Just put the new lock into the hole and screw the nail back.
