First is the clear and reassuring communication of travel time arrangements. The professionalism.
Personable service. Skilled driver, especially driving in the UK rain. Then we had to return something to our lodging and our driver Bav went above and beyond in assisting us to do so, and with a most cheerful spirit.

Reliable, comfortable company and remarkably kind driver
CallaCab was a very reliable Company. Since there were train strikes in Britain it was the cheapest and by far most comfortable option! The drive surprisingly was a highlight itself, being a tourist in Brighton and not having any knowledge about the City. Our driver Bav was on time, gave a lot of tips and suggestions which helped us a lot during our trip and was very friendly and talkative!
We later decided on booking the trip back to the Airport as well and were not disappointed by that decision since it was the most sensible option from Brighton to Stansted Airport with luggage.
Would definitely recommend the Company and Driver and choose it on the next London Trip :)

Excellent service. I hadn’t read all the information carefully and didn’t confirm with them on the day but my taxi was there when I arrived at Gatwick. Very reassuring especially as it was a rail strike day. Good value for the money.

Comms were great , price excellent, speedy journey back home. Best taxi from Gatwick EVER. no waiting around or confusing info and we never felt stranded getting off the plane in the middle of the night and not knowing where our lift was. It was excellent. Wish you could serve London as well as Brighton!
