The experience of looking for new trends and fashionable maternity clothes in this store was pretty cool. Calladream made so easy everything. They want people to be happy and enjoy pregnancy. Their products seem to be the best quality and they have beautiful dresses. Thank you for being so nice!

Ordered maternity clothes end of January of 2018, they claimed it would be ~3weeks for shipping, it is now the end of June and they still have not arrived. The company does not respond to any emails or inquiries, I have contacted Visa to report fraud. Calladream is a complete and total FRAUD and SCAM!

Hi everyone I feel happy with online buying. After 2015 Online shopping market raises up rapidly. I purchase lot of times on online. Some of the online shopping once are very honest they provide good products and good customer services. Most of the times I prefer this website for purchase products. Some of the online sites are very dissatisfied me.

Online shops benefit for offers it gives 10 to 20 percentage of offers equal to offline shop.

2.5 months for delivery or most of the items I ordered. I never received an email saying what I ordered and when it would be here and there isnt a number to call. Sent many emails asking questions about shipping and when items will be here as I bought some for my maternity shoot -which wasnt here on time. Quality of cloths is super cheap and embarrassing. Would never recommend this company

Destination for maternity clothing, Cloths are fully adjustable to different body shapes. Very Good Fabric for baby bump care. My wife love the quality, really appreciated. Thanks

This company is terrible! I ordered 3 items for my baby shower and paid for expedited shipping. 1. I did not receive the items on time. 2. Their customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund when my items were 3 WEEKS late( after i paid for expedited shipping). NEVER received my refund. 3. They sent me 2 out of the 3 items after I asked REPEATEDLY for a refund. 4. I never got any shipping information and everything took forever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I bought something from this site then never got a confirmation number. Started freaking out bc I read the reviews AFTER I ordered of course...... so I emailed and their customer service is super slow takes a couple business days and they arenlocat d in Honk Kong which I also didn’t know..... lol anyway. My due date was quickly approaching and I was wanting to take pics in this specific dress but after reading reviews I figured it would never happen...... people said they straight up never received their stuff, got the product and it didn’t fit at all then couldn’t even get a refund....... BUT! I will tell you I just got the dress and it’s perfect! Ha!!!!! So there is hope y’all.

I placed an order for 3 items in January, I did a search to check out online reviews and quickly came to the conclusion it is a scam website. I cancelled my order right away, and they did not respond for weeks. When they did respond they said sorry for the delay, the items have shipped. Which they did not. after 3 months, and multiple emails back and forth they finally agreed to refund my card within 15 days. It is now June, still no refund, no responses to emails. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM CALLADREAM - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I love this boutique. Every time I make my way up to say I always come here- they have the cutest, trendiest clothes at moderate prices! It is a tiny little boutique, but I love searching through the racks for hidden gems!

I’m really upset! I ordered clothes for an amount of CA$268,53 but I canceled my order before the legal 24 hours. It’s totally my right to cancel my purchase and being refunded for free. It’s written on the website and it’s also the law of consumer protection!
Today, June 4th, 2 months after my cancellation, I’m still waiting for the refund! It’s UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I'm disgusted!

Scam artists!! Be warned DO NOT shop with this company. I wish I checked reviews before I placed an order.

My credit card was charged for items that were not even my cart. Almost three months later and I still haven't received a refund.

Bought maternity clothes at the beginning of February, they over charged me for shipping when I was as meant to get freeshipping, they said th ley would send me items that were the same value as the over charged fees, it’s now June 2nd and I still haven’t received all my items, I’m still waiting now for two items which won’t be needed anymore because it’s been over 4 months now. I asked several times for a refund and they just said for me “to wait more days and when the item arrived if I didn’t like it they would refund it”.. well it’s been 4 months I keep asking for a refund and now they said it’s against their policy to refund my money. Again this is disgusting to do to someone who is buying maternity clothes !!!! Ones that will never be worn now because your two weeks shipping is over four months and still waiting, these were meant to be gifts. Do not buy from them, they are Chinese scammers, i am posting all my emails with them on all social media and I reported them so everyone will see it.

I ordered 4 items from the company. Three of the items did not fit properly so I emailed customer service to return. After waiting a week for a reply, I sent the second email. After emailing back and forth with customer service, I was told that I would not be able to return with any service but the postal service (which was the most expensive option) and the shipping would cost almost as much as the items. I was given the option of keeping the items (which I would be able to fit into after the baby was born) and taking a $15 coupon for the inconvenience. I responded that I would go ahead and take the coupon. I never heard back from customer service and never received the coupon. It's just not worth it to order from them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! do not order from this site. it’s a complete scam! i ordered over $100 worth of merchandise from this company almost a month ago & still have yet to receive ANY tracking info regarding my items. i sent an email to their customer service center, who told me to be patient! after a month of waiting i figured i was patient enough. i still have yet to receive my items and when i requested a refund they basically told me to wait until i get my items. now they’re telling me half of my shipment is on the way & the other half they’re not sure when i’ll receive it. at this rate my child will be here before my clothes. they’re quick to take the money out of your bank account but not so quick to ship your items or provide you with tracking info. i’m convinced when my items come in their quality is gonna be extremely poor! do yourself a favor & do not order from this site

Once I started shopping in this store I never went back to any other baby store. They have everything you need and is always offering ways for you to save money (i.e. 20% off) which is wonderful especially since you buy often and in bulk for baby essentials. Their return policy is long from the purchase date, and they can look up your credit card and will give you your cash back. I have no complaints about this company or how they train their employees. Everyone is friendly. They have made a customer for life!
