The majority of the time Call Flow is …

The majority of the time Call Flow is brilliant - however we do have issues now and again where the service is not available which is very frustrating.

I work from home and moved away from BT to get the high speeds that Call Flow offer but need to be assured of a consistently reliable service.

They did exactly as they promised!

AWESOME AWESOME and AWESOME.

As promised I had my telephone line working by 7am on the day specified and the Broadband the day after. My router was delivered within days of my order and absolutely NO messing around. After only hours of having their broadband I knew I’d made the right choice as the service was stable, unlike the previous provider. Their extremely helpful Team have kept me updated and informed every step of the way and I really couldn’t be happier with their service and their product. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone. A MASSIVE THANK YOU CALLFLOW.

Poor support - would not recommend!

The internet that Call Flow provides is ok at best - however the support service is atrocious. The internet seems to have most problems on the weekend (with fairly regular outages) but Call Flow customer support closes at 5pm on Friday - and there is no support until Monday at 9am.

We had to jump through a lot of hoops to get Call Flow to service the area (after they had been awarded the exclusive contract for our area) including getting at least 10 neighbours to sign up - and yet their aftersales are no better for our community (and as we recommended Call Flow to the neighbours we tend to be the point of contact for neighbours!)

When we have had issues in the past we have had many a promise of a call back within 1 hour/24 hours/2 days etc. and we have never heard back.

Unfortunately for most people, if Call Flow are an option then they are the only option due to poor coverage in rural areas - so although I can't recommend them, most people will be stuck between a rock and a hard place!

Edit - as per the comment below, Call Flow have now updated the website to show that the support lines are open on Saturday - however nothing else in my review really changes. I would still expect at least chat based support to be available 24/7 as many customers run businesses and any downtime can have a huge impact!

Also, I would have to guess the other positive reviews for Call Flow are people reviewing early on in the contract, and if we had reviewed early on we would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the service (both speed and support) has dropped as time has gone on.

I'm very sorry to hear you have been having problems. I can confirm that our Helpdesk are open on a Saturday just not on a Sunday. However there are on call engineers so if outages do happen like yesterday, they will resolve this as quickly as possible. Call Flow Team.

Very poor aftersales

We had numerous problems regarding broadband. The signal was very poor and we kept losing it altogether. We had no help from Call flow who when we complained made useless comments. We did agree that we had a good signal if we stood next to the router but this was not practicable. We employed an engineer who diagnosed the problem that the router was not powerful enough for the size of our property. He was unable to change the situation when he spoke to Call Flow. In the end we sorted it out by purchasing an extender which was recommended by this engineer. We now have no problems with the signal and can get a good reception in most of the house. I believe that Call Flow should ask questions about where the router will be positioned in respect of where you want to use broadband. Overall the service we now get is satisfacory but at our own expense.

Moved from London and felt I was dumped on Mars no internet, BT poor service, touch wood got in touch with Callflow and back to the land of living, simple no frills service but they provide. Thank you very much

Everything very good and running …

Everything very good and running smoothly. The only reservation I have is that the broadband runs 24/7 but customer service is only available on week days. This was quite frustrating recently when the broadband went down on a Saturday and remained down into Sunday. There was very little information available apart from a recorded message.

Just brilliant

After many years tolerating BT I …

After many years tolerating BT I finally decided to move and glad I did.
The service is better, customer service is better and the bills are much clearer and easier to understand

Outstanding company

Outstanding company. Like many I was receiving very slow speeds from BT/ Sky which was limiting my work output.
I switched to Callflow and now get speed of 256mbps download and 26 Mbps upload
Me and my teenage children are delighted.
Installation was quick and professional and the engineers visit had the broadband working with 15 mins
I highly recommend this company

Finally excellent fast and reliable …

Finally excellent fast and reliable broadband to my home after years of being told by bigger companies it wasn't available. Signing up was really easy and the customer service staff very helpful. If you need fast broadband to an area not covered by the big companies I cannot recommend this company enough.

Hesitated at first thinking I probably …

Hesitated at first thinking I probably would not find a faster broadband. Was I wrong. It’s fantastic now. No buffing or taking ages to download. Can actually watch a film all the way through. Brilliant . I would definitely recommend it.
