Not quite there initially but fast and perfect soon after!

Not that often that I'm compelled to write a first positive after a bad start but when it is due - IT IS DUE.
I've ordered an adapter plate for a Dewalt router on a Bosch rail. Quickly delivered but the adapter was getting stuck. Calm3D was quick to react, made a new adapter and sent it over. Unfortunately fixing one problem introduced another, but never fear a new one was promptly made and all errors corrected.
Yes, I know it should have been perfect the first time but sometimes it is not but what important is the customer service and communicability of the supplier. Top notch for the latter!
I'll be back for more 3D prints!
