Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with. I ordered 1kg of cbd coffee for £54 odd pound and after weeks and weeks and repeated emails being ignored I emailed through the shop pay app to ask where my order was. Still no reply but randomly received an email saying my order had been dispatched! Only to receive 200g not the 1kg I ordered. Once again they are ignoring my emails and the report through shop. It’s disgusting. Total thieves stay clear
