Do not buy from this company,total scam.paid £58 for defuser and refils,never arrived. Tracker shows delivery attempted and item returned.This is untrue as i was,at home all day and this is supported by cctv.After numerous emails, i had a reply which stated it was incorrect address.This again is false as i use autofill. They said they would deliver for a further charge of £12...... i think not.scam

Like others I found calm palm worked great for about 12 months . Now it won't charge and doesn't do anything. I alao found something online saying the company has gone into liquidation so don't otder any if you can find them online still. It worked brilliantly at first. Will try to find something equivalent that hopefully lasts longer. Mine was expensive too. $89

Calm your Palm! Just plain Excellence!!

I was shocked and amazed by the brilliant job Filipe and his brothers did on my canary island date palm.

They were so friendly, professional & fun to engage with and left my place nice and tidy.
The work they did on my very mature palm was masterful, exactly what I hoped for and more.

Im extremely happy and will most definitely recommend Filipe, Lauren and their team any chance I get in the future.

It worked brilliantly for about 12 months then last week when I tried to recharge it as usual it wouldn’t recharge and hasn’t worked since. Really upsets me as it worked so well for me and now I’m back to my usual chronic insomnia. I wanted to contact the company I bought it from - Calm Palm but haven’t been able to track down a contact for them.

I ordered a device for my autistic son to see if it would him to sleep better, received an email saying thanks for the order, still hasn’t arrived. Tried emailing - but got a return message saying “email doesn’t exist”, sent messages on Facebook - no response. I want my money back so I can use it for something else to help my son.

Ordered and paid in march... got an email to say that order was placed. Since then nothing, no email, nothing. I've left multiple emails or their website - no reply. Emails to their direct email are returned as not deliverable. I would like my mo

I've been waiting 4 MONTHS!!! Early on, I had a response to blame AU post. Nothing since and I have contacted them SEVERAL times in many ways. Nothing. No product, no refund, no contact. Scammers.
Edit 27/05/24 - I've been blocked on social media for having the audacity of being upset they have my money and I have no contact let alone product.

My order was never delivered. None of the contact details or methods on their website work. I tried to cancel order but there is no way of doing this as their contact details are false. Do not buy from this company!

Total scam. Ordered months ago, have tried to contact numerous times. Sent me a tracking number and it doesn’t exist.

Ordered 25 Dec. 'Shipped' 5 January. Never received. Emailed multiple times, no reply. Only way I could make contact was through social media DM if I caught them online. They said fault of AusPost but also the goods were faulty so they weren't sent. They 'reshipped' order on 16 March, and it's still 'pending'. No replies to their webform, or my emails from multiple addresses and now they're dark on social media too. Also charged me international shipping even though I ordered 3 items - it should have been free. As of 10 April, I'm still waiting.

Don’t purchase through this company because they are scammers. They will give you a tracking number from Australia post but never send the item. I rang Australia post and they told me that the company generates tracking numbers online but never send the item. I rang the mobile number and they told me the item was lost. The company doesn’t have stock, it’s all lies.

I did not receive the Calm Palm 2.0 I ordered. I tried to message them on numerous occasions but they did not bother to reply. They did put an Australia Post tracking number against my order but it just sat with them for a few weeks and was never sent. I had to go through my bank and dispute the transaction.

Have still not received the device or a response to multiple emails and messages on their social media accounts.
Very disappointing.

I was not sent the device with the cover, I can’t seem to contact the distributor and the address on the package is fake. Do not trust.
