broker accepted full responsibility
We had the problem with IT caused by a temporary blackout. The broker accepted full responsibility and immediately refunded all operations that had gone negative due to the brief blackout. Great professionalism and prompt response.

I just registered and made a crypto…
I just registered and made a crypto deposit. Right now my deposit is lost due to a mistake of my own. I sent an e-mail to the support team but they have not responded for 24 hours.
Live chat is quite good but they can not solve every problem. The backoffice team is ignoring me. This is the issue.
Edit: Solved. But it would have been better if they had informed me that they are dealing with the issue.

Great broker
One of the best brokers around. As a professional I do use Calm Treasury a lot for a variety of reasons:
- they don't call me unless i request it
- the swaps are AMAZING and I can keep positions opened for long

The best broker by far. I have been with another very well known broker for years and heard about Calm Treasury trading conditions from a friend. Calm Treasury are a liquidity provider and so have been involved in the industry for some time.
