Wanted to make sure my free trial was cancelled. Haven't been able to talk to Customer service - just get music. Very difficult to know who to contact

I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with Calo. I paid to try their food, but my order was never delivered. The app showed a wrong address even though I entered the correct one, which clearly means there’s an issue on their side, not mine.
What made it worse was the customer service — I spent almost two hours on the in-app chat and got no real response. Totally unprofessional and frustrating. If this is the kind of service they provide, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
