Terrible service

After almost 3 mos of waiting to receive the item purchased, the item was received damaged. Reached out to the customer service and basically was given instructions on how to patch up the rip on the fabric to make it less noticeable. I addition to the dent on the metal base which I was willing to forgo since you can’t see it. If you’re considering buying from this company, they don’t stand behind the quality of the product they sell so think twice. The item may or may not arrive in good condition and it’s up to you to either accept the way it is or buy somewhere else. Company didn’t even bother to offer partial refund to help pay for how much it will now cost me to get it repaired professionally. I’m very disappointed I waited this long to receive a damaged good. I now have to purchase another one. And definitely not from this store.

Customer service is not interested in helping the customer. I ordered a white, 8 foot long fireplace, and after waiting over 2 months for it, I finally received a product, that was not even relatively related to what I ordered. I got a box full of blonde wood pieces and drawers, described as a wall cabinet. No fireplace, nothing white. Contacting them is done strictly thru email. While in the beginning they were responsive, they have fallen off the face of the earth when I asked for them to come and get this giant box of garbage out of my house and refund me for what I never received. Their last email told me to contact my credit company and try getting my money back thru them! I have been ordering stuff online for years and years, and have never had such a thing happen, and then be told that I have to figure it out myself. I strongly recommend not ordering from them. Look elsewhere please

Two months later and still no delivery

This company is a fraud, I emailed them prior to placing my order to ensure what I was ordering would arrive on time.
They told me the items would ship in 7 days and possibly Take up to 14 days to arrive. It’s been a month and the order still shows pending and coming From china. I would not ever purchase from this company
