Brown wather out or Iron and 8 months of customer "service" still no solution

After 1 week I had problems with my iron. Brown wather coming out after 2 weeks of buying. After 5 months and almost 10 mails I have no answer to my problem and customer service just do not answer my mails anymore. SO NO Good functioning iron and NO SERVICE (latterly) .
Now 3 month later they admit making a mistake but they will not take responsibility. So now 8 month later still have a iron that make brown stripes
