It looks good without having to style it too much.

I usually get annoyed by clothes quickly, but this one is actually comfortable.

I washed it already because I wear it often and it still looks the same.

I didn’t expect much but ended up being happy with what I got.

This company is absolutely not trustworthy.

I paid €72.90 for a jacket. The website clearly gives the impression that this is a UK-based company, while in reality the product is shipped from China. This is not clearly or honestly disclosed before purchase.

After I requested cancellation of the entire order, the company still shipped a jacket without my consent.

What I received:
• the wrong size (unwearable),
• a damaged product,
• a jacket that does not match the advertised product at all.

Most concerning:
The videos and promotional content used on this website are not of the product they actually sell. These are videos taken from other companies/websites, clearly used to mislead customers. What you see in their ads is not what you receive.

In addition, the website creates a false sense of trust by displaying review and Trustpilot-related information that is not transparent or verifiable, giving an impression of credibility that does not reflect reality.

Customer service is unacceptable:
• a full refund is only offered if you return the product at your own expense to China,
• otherwise only store credit or partial refunds are offered,
• at one point they even offered €5 “compensation” on a €72.90 purchase.

This is not customer service — it is deliberate stalling and avoidance of responsibility. I am left with a jacket I cannot wear, did not accept, and received damaged, while the company refuses to correct their mistake.

Conclusion:
Misleading advertising, fake product videos, dropshipping practices, and no fair resolution when something goes wrong.
Do not order from this company. You risk losing your money.

I opened the package and immediately noticed the material felt soft and not cheap.

I don’t really care about brands, just how something feels. This feels good and comfortable.

The items I received look completely different from what I ordered. I tried to solve it with the company but they would not refund anything. A complete scam.

I ordered this before a weekend trip and hoped it would arrive in time. It did, and I ended up wearing it the whole trip.

The fit worked out perfectly for me which surprised me because I’m normally between sizes.

I’ve ordered similar stuff before from other sites and this one feels better quality compared to most of them.

I ordered Nike pants that were supposedly discounted from 100 euros to 40. The pants are not Nike but a fake product. There were no labels attached at all. The model was also not as described. I sent an email requesting to return the pants. I was then asked to send a photo of the pants, which is very strange because they should know what I ordered and what they delivered. Anyway, I emailed a photo and again requested return details so I could send the pants back and get my money refunded. I never heard anything back. I received no response to multiple emails. This is simply a scam, so do not order anything here.

Ordered the UGG Lowmels here. The other reviews made me a little worried, but they arrived today. It took a little while but thats fine. Only downside is that they didn’t come in a box, just plastic and wrapped in a delivery bag.
The shoes are really sturdy and look really good!

I was checking comments for like 20 minutes before ordering because I wasn’t sure. Glad I did because everything turned out fine and quality is really nice.

I bought this because my old one was worn out and I didn’t want to spend too much money. Quality surprised me honestly. Feels solid and comfortable.

I ordered a winter jacket and waited 20 days for it to arrive. When the jacket finally arrived, I immediately noticed that the color did not match at all. After taking it out of the packaging, it also turned out that the model was completely different. I asked if I could return it and get a refund, but they first want to see photos of the jacket I received. I am curious to see whether I will still get my money back.

I ordered this after school because I needed something new for winter. Didn’t really think about it much, but when it arrived it was actually way nicer than expected. Been wearing it almost every day since.

£40 lost !! Do not buy from this shop . Tracking number provided that when checked doesn’t exist. Numerous e-mails telling me it’s on its way,,, I’m prioritising your item etc , and absolutely nothing after 6 weeks. Now I asked them if this is a scam site to just let me know . Surprise!! No answer and emails are now being rejected. How can they sleep at night !

Total misrepresentation of the item. Coat arrived was such embarrassing poor quality and nothing like the picture. Emailed, sent photos and they offered 50% store credit or I could return. Ignored my emails when I still wanted to return. Avoid them total scam, awful company.
