I cannot recommend this company since I’m still waiting for my refund of 4.887,08€ of my last order which was never completed.

I warn everyone to place an order at Camaloon. The company scammed several people a couple of months ago, before they deleted all of their former social media accounts.

Now they just changed the legal entity of their company and move on like nothing have happened. You should take care of what the brand has done and be responsible for it.

Or is that what Camaloon, the brand you bought, stands for? Ripping off people, changing the entity and just move on?I ask you again for the contact you acquire the brand from.

Please provide the contact of the company which is responsible for the liquidation of CAMALIZE. Since you bought the brand, website, contacts and so on from them I’m sure you know how to contact them - it’s easy as this. You are responsible, since you acquired a brand which scammed hundrets of people. So take care for what the brand has done. Help people like me to get our expanses covered - the only thing you have to do, is to share the contact you acquire the brand from.If you don't have to hide something, why don't you tell it?

Camaloon provided an excellent service for us at short notice over the summer. Julian Dogliani was my point person, and his warmth, professionalism and helpfulness made the whole experience of ordering the t-shirts a pleasure - he deserves recognition. We had an order of 130 t-shirts with the same logo but in multiple colours and sizes and the design team were swift to spot resolution problems and help us get a crisp image sorted. The team worked swiftly and effectively and the customer service was great. The actual t shirts were great quality - no plastic feeling to the logos and everyone was thrilled. The products are fine but the deliver time didn't match the first one given by Camaloon. Our order arrived five days later from the original plan.

Our stickers are just a little bit less great that what they were before,
They arrived dirty from the cutting, not packaging whatsover, therefore a bit bended
and not cutting at the back on the paper so it is quite difficult to "open"
Quality still great

The quality is fine and process to get the Purchase Order done is ok. May be, the delivary time is a bit long

I'm very happy of the quality of the product, and the DTG impression is very nice and precise!
There are some points that may be improved in my opinion:
- the real tone of the yellow tote bag is not easily viewable on the web with just a color square simulation. I may have chosen another tone in the end if I could see real photos of the colored product
- the service is great, but a little pricey, and I would have appreciated to have a clearer and more stable date of delivery since the very beginning of the process

The product meet the expectations. Easy to design, easy to order. The order arrived on time.

The products were very nice, although the mouse pad logo was not printed centered, but still nice.
However, the shipping costs were a bit high.

This website is a joke. They are clearly trying to hoodwink potential customers and their delivery timeframes and costs are absurd.

I found an item I wanted to order and decided to go for the option without my own design because I need the item sooner than the predicted delivery time, attempted to put in the code t get 20 € off the first order (which somehow had already been used - liars!) and then when I got to the checkout, I found out the timeframe for delivery was the same as the item with my own design.
Over 17.50 € to receive the item in 23 days!?
More than 22.75 to receive the item in 14 days and
over 33 € (yes, thirty three euros) to receive the item in 8 days.

You shouldn't have to pay anything to receive the goods given their price and should be able to receive them in a few days. I know how much delivery costs and works, I have an agreement with a delivery company myself. These guys are taking the mick, I'll take my business elsewhere to a company that cares about their customers and customer service.
