A perfect service from start to finish
A perfect service from start to finish. Jo and Karl were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and at no time did they push for answers to some very difficult questions. They also did not push us to spend money. Jo was very knowledgeable of what was available in the way of caskets, urns, flowers etc. She contacted the Church during our first meeting to clarify requests. The limo driver gave us a smooth drive to the crematorium. The funeral conductor was polite and always available for everything and anything and the casket bearers carried mum with such dignity. Jo also arranged details for the interment of ashes in an existing plot and liaised with all parties throughout - the family didn’t need to lift a finger. With many thanks for making this time so much easier.

Gentle and efficient service
On initial contact, Camberley & District were extremely efficient and gentle when coming to the house to look after our deceased family member, even though it was the early hours of the morning. Could not fault them.
Throughout the whole process the team were always very quick to respond to our many questions, make changes to the order of service etc.
On the day of the funeral they were again faultless, calm and respectful.
Should the circumstance arise, we would use these funeral directors again.

Making a very difficult time a little easier...
For so many reasons Jo and the team made my experience so much easier than expected. From start to finish Jo made difficult decisions seem easy (even when trying to keep all sides of the family happy). The planning was wonderful, the day went incredibly well, but the thing I found amazing was the ongoing support and guidence. Ontop of that Jo made some lovely suggestions that we would have never considered that were added to the day, some beautiful finishing touches. Jo and the team make a very challanging and difficult time just that little bit easier. Wonderful team, great support an all round top class organisation. I cant begin to thank you enough
