Fabulous

Fabulous
Went to the new store at Tattenhall just after opening and it’s amazing.
You can get all your country supplies with a fab range and good prices.
I ordered some goods to be delivered on Saturday.
They arrived Tuesday morning, super friendly polite driver.
Faultless and perfect

Visited today

Visited today, upon entering the store to hear members of staff behind the counter making derogatory comments about customers is very unprofessional.
I'd suggest that management retrain staff on customer relations, as the very people that walk through the door pretty much pay their wages.
Very disappointed that comments could be made by staff and even worse the person could hear them.
I was prepared to spend some amount of money in store, but left as a result of this.
Probably won't bother to return,(although management probably won't be bothered).
Very disappointed experience.😐

They stock a very large amount of…items

They stock a very large amount of items, you can usually always find what you want every time.Only trouble is you spend more than you thought you where going to because you see other items not on you list you might want at a later date.Great service.

Hi, I ordered from Cambers.com on 13 may and they delivered the products after 6 days. Most importantly they did not even shared the tracking details with me, with which i could be satisfied with the delivery . Moreover, they did not even replied my any email , poor customer support. I am very disappointed with there services. Thanks

Ordered stock fencing 100m roll

Ordered stock fencing 100m roll. Placed order online to be delivered from Shropshire branch. Website allowed me to purchase including a delivery charge so paid in full inc delivery charge via paypal. All went well, got sent order number, next day got sent item has now been dispatched email. Following day got sent another email saying order cancelled due to item too heavy.
After contacting the store I was told the transport they use had refused it due to its weight even though the store offers a large item delivery service and there website allowed me to purchase it plus I had to pay for delivery they now tell me the item is too heavy for delivery. Poor service. If you allowed me to order item and I paid a delivery charge you should have honoured it. Very misleading and really inconvenient.
Good customer service would have been to, on this occasion arrange with a different courier service who could handle the order instead of false promises.
I wouldn't order from this supplier again as they are not reliable and can't be trusted

Very happy to give an excellent review.

Had been trying for quite a while to source a supply of a certain window box for delivery to a semi-remote area (mainland) without any success due to very high delivery charges or/and high purchase price. Then found Cambers by chance and contacted them for delivery charges, which were very good and they were happy to tell me how many planters they could send for that delivery charge. Purchase price also the best online. So I'm now the delighted owner of 15 large, very sturdy window box style planters which I'd despaired of being able to get delivered here. Intending to store a few probably for future use! Thank you Cambers.

Badly packed and damaged on arrival - not happy

Bought a pair of wellington boots described as "New - In Box". Item arrived in a pastic bag and was damaged in transit. Complained, sent photos, but have been unable to resolve the matter with the seller who was being quite nasty to start with. Wellies in the bin and will not use the company again.
