Had to pay return shipping out of pocket
The return shipping on bike shoes that didn't fit was over $20! That's a third of the price of the shoes! You should really consider offering free return shipping or a flat rate label under $10.

I went in looking for proprietary and no longer in production Mavic spoke cups and though they didn't have any Rob took the time to find some on line. It was critical I found some 'cause I am restoring a 2001 Giant NRS1 and I didn't want to use anything except original. I was very excited because another shop made it sound pretty hopeless. Furthermore, Rob was very familiar with these Mavic parts.

The quality of the shoes, the bike tights, and bike tanks were superior. When the items say tight they are and if it does not the item will be true to size.
