No fuss, just someone who knows what they are doing!
I am not at all tech savvy and have had a dashcam in my car for a couple of years. It has never worked. I had assumed it was my incompetence so called this company to come and explain to me what I was doing wrong.
He came exactly when he said he would and looked at the dashcam. It was no wonder it wouldn’t work - a power wire had been removed. He had everything needed with him and fixed the problem. He patiently explained how it worked and ensured it was properly paired with my phone. Not only that but the fee, I thought, was very reasonable .
He left telling me to call if I had any issues in the future. I highly recommend .
