Had the best experience using Bobby and the team for our recent move. They moved a 5 bedroom house with great care and attention and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble and they were by far the best price and service. Having used others in the past, these guys were the best. Bobby and the team are massively experienced so made the move with the least amount of stress possible. Would definitely recommend them for any removal needs.

We were moved house today by Tommy and Morgan.
Our first interactions were with Kelly, who was prompt and efficient with providing a quote and booking our service (which was incredibly and competitively priced, hence choosing them).
They were incredible from start to finish.
Tommy greeted both me and my husband with a handshake and the biggest smile.
I went on to tell him that my packing hadn’t gone to plan as I’d been in hospital overnight and he reassured me right away, telling me not to worry.
They took their time, ensuring they took care of our belongings both when packing and unpacking (into a new build). I heard Tommy quote a few times about carrying things ‘properly’ and ‘the right way round’ to avoid any damage to the items or the walls.
We didn’t feel rushed at all, which made a really stressful day a lot easier.
They packed everything we requested and did it with constant smiles and positivity.
Meeting 2 men like Tommy and Morgan who not are not only amazing at their job, but are passionate about it too, is just incredible !
Thank you so much for making our move stress-free, we wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

used recently for a house move, so many items broken and damaged. Many not noticed until unpacking and despite having their insurance they point blank refuse to cover damages. However - not surprise by this as the whole experience from moving day to unpacking has been awful. Care of our belongings loading, in-transit and unloading was absolutely non-existent.
They did not allow anywhere near enough time to do the job they had quoted and were paid for. Consequently everything from start to finish was incredibly rushed. Our belongings were simply dumped wherever there was floor space, upstair or down, it didn't matter to them! Everything was in such a mess that identifying and organising boxes to the right rooms afterwards was a mammoth task that we shouldn't have had to do - they should have put everything in the right rooms!
The staff on the day were all self employed workers not actually employed by the Company who just told us the Company were short staffed, had taken on too many jobs and they didn't have enough vans to do the work they had booked.
This company DO NOT CARE about you and your belongings, just about taking your money. Very arrogant attitude. Absolutely the worst experience of our lives - please, please be warned.

From start to finish this company are brilliant. In all the years of using removal companies these are by far the best.I would like to thank all the staff we have come in contact with.In Particular Mark and Emelyn who from the very beginning doing the packing prior to removal were very courteous and professional.

This is the second time we have moved with Cambridge and once again our move was made so easy by Dominic and the team!

They were polite, friendly and incredibly hardworking! I was feeling so anxious about moving day, but they made me feel at ease and got through loading and unloading the entire contents of our house so quickly! I am so grateful to them all for all their hard work whilst always being happy and positive. I would absolutely, without hesitation recommend them!

Kelly and the team in Plymouth were fantastic! I was not doing things in a straightforward way due to how the flat purchase had gone. But nothing as too much trouble, they helped me with every aspect and showed great flexibility for both collection of furniture, storage and then unpacking, then me collecting form them. Thank you!

Very impressed with the move - especially after Tony arrived to support the Team - everything speeded up and we made it to our new home. Particular thanks to Heather who supported us with the countless changes that caused much stress. She is an asset and very personable and professional.

Was greeted to put the kettle they must of had around 16 breaks one worker even told my friend to sunbathe topless .....
They even broke my bedside cabinet I have not heard a thing of the company about the sunbathing issue will never use these guys again or recommend them to any of my friends if I could give 0 on the review I would

All the staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We appreciated their patience and excellent advice.

After being let down by a rival removal company, ON THE DAY OF MY MOVE, after selling my house, Cambridge Removals came a rescued me! Honestly, rescued me! They received an emergency call, and came to my house within 45 minutes and took change of what was a very intense and stressful situation. Professional, affordable and super super friendly.
