Recently we had a problem with our house alarm. I phoned and spoke to Lukasz who asked me to phone back via Whataspp video and he helped us solve the problem over the phone with no visit needed and no cost. So helpful going out of his way to ensure the problem was fixed.

At a very busy time of year they accommodated our works very quickly, the team were very helpful and polite, and we cannot fault the workmanship and customer service. Very knowledgable and professional. Came out and diagnosed issues then fixed door entry system for flat within 20 minutes. This is after several other companies refused to even come out because it "too complicated for them". 10 out of 10.
