I asked for some help on how best to protect and care for my new bag.

The advice was prompt and really helpful, I’ve been able to get hold of some little, affordable products to protect the outside, and I’ve sewn a couple of cotton pouches for riskier things (lipstick, water bottles) to go inside.

I have been buying bags every year from Cambridge Satchel for myself and have always loved and been an advocate for the brand, however will never be buying from or giving this brand my custom again.

I was purchased a new bag as a Christmas present, and unfortunately there was some confusion over the colours available meaning the wrong colour was purchased, It was also not made clear enough to the person purchasing the bag that there would be no way to return or exchange the item if it was personalised which it was, albeit very badly done compared to usual with too much spacing.

Whilst it is generally accepted that a personalised item cannot be exchanged or refunded, My disappointment and disgust comes at the companies complete lack of any customer service or solution, I even offered the bag back to them to be recycled so it didn’t go to waste for free, and they didn’t care.

The fact a brand would rather loose a customer of ten years than try to offer some goodwill as a one off at Christmas is quite frankly disgusting. Please think about purchasing from a more customer orientated brand in future, It’s no wonder their stores keep closing when the customer experience is like Poundland.

I ordered the Navy-Blue Music case embossed with my initials on Tuesday evening (US Eastern Time). It was waiting for me at home Friday afternoon! The case is beautifully made with and perfect for my desire to have a classy, simple case for my laptop. Before ordering I communicated with customer service to confirm the internal dimensions of the case to make sure it would fit my laptop, responses to my questions were swift and very helpful. All around a wonderful purchasing experience, looking forward to starting to use it on Monday.

Fast shipping and prompt customer service. I wanted to change the embossing on my bag and a representative contacted me in a few hours and made all the necessary changes!

I ordered a handbag on Wednesday the 1st of December but it is already Saturday and the status of my order hasn't been changed since then.
According to your website it should take 3-5 working days. It has already been 3 days but the status of my order hasn't been changed. I have ordered handbags from your website previously but the delivery has never been so slow. I am quite disappointed by delivery services! especially when they charge for it almost £7!

Well packaged and delivered when their courier partner said they would deliver. I purchased their music bag, large size, in Navy Saffiano leather. This is the only music bag I have found that will accommodate larger orchestral scores (Chester publications to be specific!). I am pleased to see quality metal ware with engravings.

I have been looking for a classic old school purse that I could use for outing and this was the perfect one. I was a little worried when I got the package because it was broken when it arrived. Thankfully, the purse was in perfect condition. It came in a protective bag so when I dont use it, I can keep it dust free. It also had a sheet with it that gave care instructions and how to return instructions. The price for the bag is exactly what you get. Beautiful hand crafted leather that is insanely sturdy. The beauty in the bag also lies in simplicity; there's no pockets but it was a lot bigger than I anticipated it to be. It fit all the essentials that I needed and then some.My only complaint is that it can be heavy but you don't really notice unless you are dancing. This is one of the best purchases I have made and will probably be purchasing more products from this company.
