CAMCODE couldn't even get the correct shipping address label on the correct box. Shipped our labels to another customer. Shipped their labels to us. Instead of having both customers return labels to CAMCODE for inspection and then sending to correct customer, CAMCODE insisted the customers ship labels to each other. If CAMCODE is ISO certified, isn't attempting to correct their mistake like this a violation of ISO procedures ?
Our company send the labels meant for US Technologies to them as instructed by CAMCODE. The labels were in perfect condition and shipped in the original CAMCODE box. Some of our labels were damaged while in possession of US Technologies. Since they were serial numbered, this presented an obvious problem to us. Various markings were put on internal packing about quantity problems (it appears). Labels were not sent to our company in the same box as CAMCODE had used.
We had to get a local vendor to custom setup and make two labels with specific serials. CAMCODE did not even offer ro reimbursement us for the $ 93.45 cost of the custom labels. We did receive an email for the sales person who handled our account (none of this is her fault) but not even a comment from "Customer Service". Their only correspondence was about making sure the other customer got their labels quickly. It appears since this was our first order, we are not important.

When we were made aware of the problem our customer service department researched which shipping locations the boxes went to, worked with UPS to create new shipments to move the packages back to the correct customer locations, and sent shipping labels to each customer asking them to label the boxes and put them in their shipping area.
At the time we thought that this was the best course of action to get each customer their package in a timely manner. Unfortunately, your package was damaged during the process.
We then did a root cause analysis and corrective action on the problem and re-trained our shipper on proper shipping procedures so that this does not happen in the future.
You are an IMPORTANT customer and we want to earn your trust back. We strive for the best possible customer experience and we hope that you will give us another chance in the future.

Customer service would not give a discount. I had to go to your salesperson to request a discount. I started looking at other companies because your indirect costs to set up the job would be all ready incurred. I feel customer service should be more customer friendly.
