Overall Good, Few Complaints
Camcode has been helpful in our asset organization and tracking process. However, there were some instances where heavy duty barcodes were not adhering to our equipment and they didn't have much advice to offer. We have been making sure that all surfaces are clean prior to application of the barcode but for some reason they still start to come up at the edges. Camcode did advise to apply adhesive to the barcodes but that defeats the purpose of investing in heavy duty barcodes. Overall the service was decent and the barcodes serve their purpose...I would just appreciate a more reliable product.

Hello, RM. Thank you for your feedback. We make recommendations for label material and attachment method based on the environment and mating surface for the application. If you are using the labels for an application different than what was originally described, a different adhesive may be required. We will be happy to recommend an appropriate adhesive if you provide some additional information.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. I had order that was forgotten by me and they helped get the labels to me in a fast time line. The only item from a fall back is i believe their pricing is sometimes hard to figure out. I time i get an item price be one price and then the next is may be twice the price. Not much i can do about this.
