I have ordered from Camden a few times now and always been impressed with the quality and style of jewellery available.

I recently had an issue with one of my items a short time after ordering which was obviously a fault with the piece. I emailed the enquiry email provided and had a response within a few hours and given the option for a replacement or store credit. I chose to have a replacement sent and one was sent with a new tracking number the same day!

I genuinely love their selection of products and styles of jewellery, and I was impressed at their customer service too!

Brilliant lip ring that arrived very quickly

Ordered the wrong size hoops, tried to send the one back that was still sealed using their ‘hassle free returns portal’, what they don’t tell you is on top of paying the postage there’s a return fee which is only slightly lower if you take store credit, making it pointless sending it back!

I came across these beautiful cartilage hoops and couldn't resist ordering. The process was effortless, and i received regular delivery updates. They arrived quickly, carefully packaged in a sealed bag along with disinfectant wipes.
