Product never arrived
Product never arrived. Bought through B&Q as a verified seller. Emailed and called countless times neither party resolved the issue so had to claim a refund from PayPal. Very poor customer service.

Going the extra mile
Camden tools had exactly the item I wanted (a Grouting saw), and Sara (at CT) even took the trouble to measure the size of the blade so I could be sure it would be exactly right for the job that needed doing. Excellent service, a good selection of tools, and all at a good price, delivered free. What more could you want?
