Delivered and fitted on the day that was booked (today!)
Gavin, the fitter was helpful, curtious and professional and left the area clean and tidy.
Obviously it's just been fitted, however due to the professionalism of the Company I am sure any issues that may arise would get sorted promptly.
Super impressed with the experience and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Work
Martin was very efficient replacing our double glazed units in the bathroom and the double doors in the lounge. He was friendly, quick, efficient and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and his work ethic.

Had camel glass come and measure up for new front door .
Excellent service by everyone.
Jimmy and Graham came to install the doors lovely guys very professional happy and polite.
Hardly any mess cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent service from start to finish - thank you! Measured windows, ordered, booked us in earlier than expected- which was great! Finished today, 4 workmen a lot of the time- friendly, polite, worked around us! Moved items & put back after, Cleaned up every day when they had finished. Quite partial to a piece of cake & cuppa at lunch times!😅 which is what I like to do for good work men! Great bunch of lads & team work! Love our new windows & door! Really pleased with everything
Our whole experience with Camel Glass has been excellent but beyond the professionalism of Miles in the sales team through to surveys and beyond we really need to ‘big up’ the incredible installation team! Leigh and Stuart were just amazing! 28 windows and 4 doors is no mean feet and we couldn’t have asked for better. They were prompt, professional, hard working and their workmanship was perfect, even working around us in our busy home. I think our labs will miss their company (and us too) just one unique window and a few minor items to finish off at a later date but we’re chuffed to bits with what has been completed to date. Thank you Leigh and Stuart!

Door made wrong and refused to rectify
I ordered a new front door for my customer. They misread my email stating I needed LH hinged and they made it RH hinged. They sent a quote with an image of a door with a door handle on the RH side as I requested but claim the handle is there for illustration purpose only. The quote had no key stating what the image showed. They refused to remake the door, given that they could re-sell the wrong door. They offered £150 refund or a half price new door, if the wrong door was returned. They were rude, ignored my calls and emails many times. In the end my customer decided to take the refund and swop the light switch. They ignored both our emails, I presume thinking if they ignored us we would give up on the £150 refund. They did eventually refund the £150 after 5 emails and 2 phone calls. I will never use them again and would advise others never to use them.

Great Service
We have had all our windows replaced by Camel & they are of a high quality. The last window to be fitted yesterday was our Bi-Fold Doors out of our kitchen & they look brilliant. Your fitters Gavin & Mike did a great job & as with all your staff were polite, helpful & tidy. We can't recommend you highly enough. Great service.
