After doing ome research online and phoning a few second hand camera shops Camera Exchange Store offered me the best price for my camera. My model wasn't listed on their site so i sent over the details via email and got a very quick response. Their customer service representative was very helpful and always swift to reply to any questions. Once I had agreed to the sale my camera was collected from me the next day and my cash was in my account two days after that. I Cant recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely no problems with the trade-in of my camera. There was great communication throughout the whole process. They offer a free postage service but when I came to send my camera, I had to pay as it wouldn't have been insured by the post office. I sent Camera Exchange Store an email explaining this and they didn't hesitate to fully refund the postage costs. Also I accidentally sent my memory card with the camera and once again they responded quickly and said they would post it back to me free of charge. A soon as they had received my camera, the total amount that they offered was in my bank account the same day.

Excellent service. Cant believe how straight forward it was to sell my camera to cameraexchangestore.co.uk. I was a little worried about sending my camera off but shouldnt have been especially after seeing all the great reviews on Trustpilot. I only ever review if I get a good service and this was EXCEPTIONAL! Although it was FREEPOST to send my camera to them, the post office wanted 95p to send it recorded. CES even refunded this charge to me. Now I can put this money towards something new. Well impressed and cant recommend them enough! Superb!
