The company responded straight away, gave me a reasonable offer, then on receipt of the camera quickly issued me a refund to my bank.

I thought this company might be too good to be true… money for a pile of old faulty and broken camera kit! whole process seemed far too easy, smooth and quick, but the money has just hit my bank account and I couldn’t be happier with the service!! Thanks to Louis that sorted the whole process for me.

After receiving the postage paid sticker I sent the equipment off and without delay they contacted me with an honest price. A couple of hours later the money was in the bank. This Company were very professional, helpful, prompt and pleasant to deal with. They made the process very easy.

After initial contact by e mail, sent goods via pre paid postage, and received prompt payment for the mutually agreed amount. Excellent customer service and follow up throughout. No hesitation in recommending this firm, and would use them again.

Useless company (by the way they have changed their name to camera resale). Sent them a list of equipment by email, they never had the courtesy to respond.

Found this company online.

Used their online form to submit details of the small click and point cameras I had accumulated over the years. Didn’t include any photos just thought I’d see if the cameras were likely to be worth anything.

The response was quick (within 48 hours) and very polite. I was surprised by the potential worth for things I’ve not used for years - a range was provided depending on the condition once received.

I downloaded the free postage label and sent my box off. I advised I’d done this by email and had a personal response advising that the boxes were usually received within 2 days.

Received an email 2 days later offering me more than the original minimums offered for the 4 working cameras. 2 were found not to be working, which was not a surprise given their age. I didn’t have to accept the offer I could have asked for all or any of the items to be returned to me.

Offer accepted by email and money received into my bank account the following day.

This company were a real pleasure to deal with.
