I hadn't dealt with Camera Recycle before but every stage of the transaction was very clearly set out and more importantly I was dealing with one person all the way through the process. I accepted their offer which was higher than any other offer I had received and was pleased with the way the whole transaction was conducted.

Louis is incredibly prompt in replying to messages and couldn't be more helpful. A great business too, love that my old cameras are going to be re-used!

I sold my Fuji X100T to them. The whole process was very straightforward. Good clear communication, easy process including sending the camera off and they paid the top of what they had suggested it would be worth.

Fast service, very fair. I sold an old SLR & 2 lenses and a couple of digital compacts. Great to know they are going to new uses and some cash into the bargain. Very satisfied.

Louis replied really quickly to my enquiry about some old cameras and explained how what they offer works. The parcel pick up by Royal Mail went smoothly and the assessment and payment for the working ones all went through within a couple of days.

Easy and quick transaction with Camera Recycle. Submitted on-line form with pictures late one evening and got a response the following morning with price guidelines. Took them up on the offer and got a free postage label and clear instructions. Once camera arrived with Camera Recycle I got an email confirming the prices after the cameras had been checked. Money came within the next couple of days - but also given the option of having cameras sent back free of charge if I wanted. Excellent service. Will use again.

I had a lot of old cameras belonging to my late husband. I emailed a list & photo of the cameras and had a reply straight away from Louis, he sent me a quote (depending on the condition of the cameras) and explained the process, I packed up the cameras & they were picked up by Royal Mail at no cost to me, received a final quote which I agreed to and the money was transferred into my account within a few hours.
