Ordered a headband on the 20th of…
Ordered a headband on the 20th of February and to this day, the tracking is not updating . I have not received my order two weeks later. Customers Service does reply swiftly but I feel at this stage asking me for patience is not sufficient enough as they also do not seem to have the answer as to where my order is.

Effective and efficient customer support
I bought a bracelet for my partner. It arrived and looked great but unfortunately the clasp broke soon after. I requested assistance from Camile and stone and I was put in touch with Jovilyn who quickly ordered a replacement bracelet for no charge of my own. This was an extremely easy and quick process.

I bought a letter necklace from Camile & Stone as a little anniversary gift to myself to celebrate the first birthday of my business.
The necklace is beautiful! Simple and elegant, with just a hint of variability from the norm. Exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately, the letter broke from the chain after about a week. I emailed them a photo to ask about repair options, and by the following Tuesday they already had a replacement on its way.
They apologised for what they believed was a manufacturing fault (we all have those!) and immediately offered the choice of replacement options - the same piece, a different one, or store credit. I was blown away!
Beautiful piece and genuinely outstanding customer service. Can't rate Camile & Stone highly enough. LOVE!!!!

Received my products and needed to return them due to sizing issues. I have been emailing them for over 3 months now trying to get my products refunded. I returned all items, they were delivered and they never reply to my emails. When they did reply they tried to offer me store credit, I said no. They then kept offering store credit at 110% and I said no. I kept pushing for my refund and they said that the refund would incure penalties and restocking fees. Nothing on the website notes this. I still have not received the refund, although I keep emailing I am doubtful it will come. The service is appalling, I will never order anything from this brand again.

Updated. I reached out after I had an instant response on here, I had one response then nothing for almost over 10 days and I sent a follow up email. I’m still waiting!
I love their products and after a faulty first item, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re purchased. This review is purely on customer service and their lack off responding. I bought a pendant that does not fit on a necklace, I still haven’t heard back to why. Regarding my first purchase, though the product was faulty they would not cover the returned items shipping costs. I really want to continue purchasing, this is starting to be a real turn off.

NEXT LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had sadly realised a small turquoise stone had fallen out of a pair of earrings. I loved them so much and would often get compliments on them. So, I went on the website and was disappointed they were no longer available.
After emailing customer service, just to confirm that they were indeed not available, I recieved a surprise reply that i would be given a full credit for the earrings!
Was not expecting that at all. Customer service beyond! Thankyou and yes I purchased another pair of earrings and a ring!

Can't get any replacements no communications
Purchased a complete set of bracelet, ring, ear rings and necklace. Ring was too small even though I ordered the right size. Bracelet is too large. Tried so many times to email to their support address, sent in the form from the contact us and even tried to call them with no success and that's more than 2 weeks ago when they promised to reply within 24 to 48 hours. Stuck with the wrong products. Also note that they ship from Australia via DHL which added 1/3 of the cost of the order for DHL brokerage fees, customs, duties and taxes. I was not expecting this at all. I would say that this company needs to grow up as an International seller which they clearly are not currently. Make your own decision but I would suggest buying from established companies within country as the better option. I was fooled by the fact the order process was done on a camileandstone.ca Canadian website that promised a local delivery within 3 days. At the end the order and communications came directly from Australia plus all the fees and headaches of Customs clearance and no way to contact them to get any exchanges or returns. Sad for a company that seems to have good prices and a lot of nice product.

Let down again. They offered to replace the earrings I bought for my friend for her wedding as they turned up destroyed . Have waited over 2 weeks. Still have not been shipped. Wedding was last week. Just want a refund now

Beware - It’s a scam! Really poor quality jewellery. To make a return you have to request the return address details by sending an email, however they don’t respond to you. Multiple attempts to reach out but no luck. Money gone!
