The pieces I received looks and feels great, also love the benefit of spending over a certain amount and receiving free items. The only downfall is that one of my items were not included in my package and I was not informed. I contacted multiple times via email and sms with no immediate response until towards the end of the day of day 2 from receiving my package. This can be a stressful experience, therefore earlier notices and offers should have been provided sooner to resolve the issue.

Lost a valuable customer due to poor customer service
Extremely disappointed with Camille and Stone’s service. I contacted them over a week ago through their online form about an order that hadn’t arrived. When I finally received the delivery, the green bracelet I ordered was missing — only the gold necklace was included.
The bracelet now shows as out of stock, yet there was no notification at the time of purchase and no refund has been issued. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my mother, and due to delays and poor communication, I’m only receiving the order now — and it’s incomplete.
I’ve ordered from Camille and Stone multiple times in the past without issues, which is why I gave them the benefit of the doubt — even after a friend of mine had a necklace from them break almost immediately. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view.
Customer service is very poor. They’re quick to send endless emails reminding you about items left in your cart, but can’t reply to a single email when something you’ve actually paid for doesn’t arrive.
Around Christmas, when reliability matters most, this order was mishandled. I would not recommend Camille and Stone, and I won’t be purchasing from them again

Lock issues & no response
Although the bracelet I bought is quite thin, I like the jewelry design. But the problem is the lock - it opens involuntarily and the bracelet falls off. I received it on 29/12, have sent the query through email and have not received a reply yet. Although I'm continually receiving email promos. Quite disappointed.
Update: Thank you for your response. My order number is 262073. In my email query, I also asked to send a postage label so I can return the one I received.
Update 10/01/26: haven't heard anything from the company, except for a store credit given today that expires in 2 hours. Is this for the lock that doesn't work and a bracelet I can't use?

Amazing customer service! Despite it being such a busy time of year the team at Camile a Stone were prompt, friendly and so helpful in resolving an issue I had. Highly recommend them.
Communication.
Two out of the three items purchased were faulty. A quick email and within a day response was made. Very happy with the staff member and the company on how they were able to reach a resolution without the drama. The only concern I have is unfortunately the products, hopefully a one off issue. I will purchase again as the items are unique and staff communication is wonderful.

Just an update, like many people I ordered some earrings as a present for my partner, the website said guaranteed Christmas delivery. It's now 2nd Jan a new year and I still haven't received anything. I bought them for my partner to wear Christmas day, customer service is non existent. If you see offers on the site saying running out when timer ends ignore it, the offer clock just resets over and over. Bad company, bad customer service, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy from again

Would never buy from this website again. I am an online shopper, buy things all the time and I would never place another order due to the fact the shipping takes forever! Despite their website saying 3-5 days, I’ve waited nearly over a month, and the same thing happened to my friend. Worst service.

Extremely rude company
This company lacks basic courtesy, customer service and is overall extremely rude.
I sent an order through for a necklace and earrings. 4 weeks later after chasing, we receive two packages, a few days before Christmas. We open them to see that two earrings were sent and no necklace.
I got in contact to express how upset I was due to the necklace being a Christmas present for my fiancés sister, to then receive an extremely unprofessional email back from ‘Jenny’. This email did not contain any form of greeting, no apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused and no professional sign off. I found ‘Jenny’s’ response dismissive and lacking basic courtesy for an issue THEY caused.
I will never buy from this company again, I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service is absolutely shocking. Please take your staff on a basic customer service training course, it will most definitely help your company in the future, or do you simply not care?

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered over $200 worth of jewellery based off the reviews on their website but I probably should have taken a look here first. My order was not shipped within 1 business day, it was shipped 10 days later, that I could deal with. The main issue I faced was receiving an "order confirmation" 9 days after I made my order for a "separate order" for a pair of opal huggies earrings, I immediately queried this with no response, there was no communication as to why this happened. When I received my order those earrings were not included. I made multiple attempts to contact through their website contact form and chat which has been been removed from their website at the time of this review. When I finally got a response it was 18 days later stating they had to "make another pair so it had to be sent separately", they offered a replacement order or store credit. I requested a refund as the order tracking showed it had not even been sent yet and as I was disappointed with the quality, I didn't want to choose another set. They stated that it has been sent and I can just send it back to them or refuse the delivery. The tracking today still shows it has not been dispatched and I have still not received the earrings.
In terms of quality, stay away from the opals, they are not "genuine opals" as described on their website. The "tarnish free" earrings have already tarnished. I still have not received any further answers regarding my missing earrings or my attempts to return the opal items, and they would not answer my questions regarding their authenticity.
I thought that the price would reflect expected quality but this was not the case. Better off going to a jewellers and spending a little bit more for authentic and good quality pieces.
