Canceled Order and Resolution
My order was canceled without any explanation. The refund amount was also slightly less than the amount I paid. However, after posting this review, the company contacted me with an explanation and worked with me to resolve the issue. I appreciate how quick they were in their response and their willingness to improve my experience with their company. They really went out of their way to address this issue.
