Over the past two years I've purchased more than £1.000 of Camomile's bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets), enticed by the beautiful photos on their website. However, what is NOT shown in their photos is that all duvet covers and many pillow cases with floral or printed designs have those fabrics ONLY ON ONE SIDE. The reverse is a PLAIN WHITE FABRIC. This seems rather odd and appears to have been made in error . . . but I suspect it's just a cost-cutting maneuver. I'm disappointed that their image of offering high-end products is a mirage. Rather than acting responsibly and being transparent with customers, Camomile buries these elusive details in their narrative descriptions. Also, an observation after two years of using their bedding from earlier purchases: the quality of craftsmanship is rather low with several tie strings for duvet covers no longer attached and seams for pillow cases seriously frayed. Bottom line: BUYER BEWARE.

I made an order on October 30 and now it's November 5. There was no confirmation email, no communication. I made sure my email address and all the info is correct. I have already rose the issue on Paypal but still no response.

I decided to splurge and upgrade my bedding and was so excited to purchase from Camomile London. I spent close to $600 on new duvet cover, pillow covers etc. Unfortunately almost all pieces began to fall apart. The lace ripped off the shams, the material on the other pillow covers started to rip, the ties on the duvet broke off. I’ve honestly never been more disappointed. I’ve had more durable bedding from IKEA at a fraction of the cost. I reached out to customer service and never received a response.

We are delighted with our quilt, it is very soft and beautifully made. The pattern and colours are even nicer than in the pictures and the texture is wonderful. We will definitely be shopping here again.

I honestly think I am going to be devoted to this company for any bedding as long as they exist. I just splurged and purchased 3 blankets from their sale section, and they fulfill every expectation one might have from a timeless, luxury bedding line. Everything is SOOO soft (like silk!) and the colors are just gorgeous. The hand stitching, the details, and even the way they come packaged in a delicate drawstring bag—it’s all so exquisite. Honestly, the pricing is not overindulgent for what you will get. If you are doing a nursery, master, or guest room—get yourself something from Camomile. Also their “seconds” items that are half-off due to slight imperfections—I could find no such imperfections and still scored half off an item I will treasure forever.

Also worth noting is they shipped unbelievably fast—both times (yes, I shortly made a second order after receiving the first). They came all the way from Europe and I got my package faster than many US orders.

I treated myself to new and stunning quality bedding from Camomile London, which arrived beautifully packaged and made me feel so special. One of the sheets they sent me was the wrong size but this was resolved immediately and effortlessly and within days I had the correct sheet sent out.
