I bought a watch with order number…
I bought a watch with order number SO20014992 , and the strap lock seems to have a defect. And accordingly, I should not pay for any of the shipping costs receiving or returned because it is not my fault that I received it defected and then why I should I pay for any shipping. I hope you will return my full amount including the shipping cost I paid.

I have bought Men's Belt from Oscar Jacobson but got from Replay instead (on the package there is actually sticker with code and brand name Oscar Jacobson, so it looks like someone in their stock did it on purpose) but what makes me unsatisfied the most is that they don't reply on my claim emails, so Im stuck with wrong item witch supposed to be a Christmas gift. Time is running and and Campadre seems to be careless 👎.
