An unforgettable Iceland adventure with CampEasy!

We spent 14 incredible days exploring Iceland in a CampEasy van, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and easy — the booking process was simple, and the team was always quick to respond and genuinely friendly.

When we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The campervan was spotless, well-designed, super comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The heating system worked perfectly (a must in Iceland), and the van handled every road with ease — from the Ring Road to more remote areas.

Thanks to CampEasy, we had the freedom to discover Iceland at our own pace, waking up in breathtaking locations every day — waterfalls, glaciers, black sand beaches, fjords, hot springs... It felt like living inside a postcard.

This road trip was everything we hoped for and more. We’re heading home with unforgettable memories and a deep love for this stunning country.

We had an amazing experience with CampEasy on our trip around Iceland’s Ring Road! The 4x4 Viking camper van was perfect for the four of us (adult women) — comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed for a smooth and unforgettable journey.

One of the standout features was the tablet technology provided in the van. It made navigation, searching for stops along the way, communication, and weather tracking so easy. The internet in the van was reliable throughout the trip, which was a huge plus!

A big thank you to Natalia, who was so helpful and responsive through the app on the tablet. Her assistance really made a difference and helped us feel supported the whole time.

We had a fantastic experience with CampEasy! Picking up the camper was quick and hassle-free, and Natalia was especially helpful — she responded right away in the chat whenever we had a question or concern. The campervan was easy to drive, the bedding was comfy, and we had great internet the entire trip. We were able to make all our meals in the van without any issues. The tablet they provide was super helpful, offering advice on parking and reminders so we didn’t miss any payments. Highly recommend!

I rented a van from CampEasy last November.
The experience was very positive, starting with the booking process. I always received a quick response to every email I sent.
The airport transfer service is fast and efficient.
The explanations I received when I picked up the vehicle were clear. Everyone was very friendly.

Excellent company to deal with. I booked the 4wheel drive camper van for the week and found it to be the perfect vehicle for exploring Iceland. Well equipped inside and nice and warm in the evenings -we didn't use the heater.
All communication from start to end was quick and efficient and the transfer from hotel to their depot and return was nice.
Would definitely use again.

We got a VW bus for a week, it worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful. The equipment was great, and enough for two, extra pillows and blankets provided just made all extra comfortable. I would use CampEasy on my trip again: be sure to take insurance with window coverage: even paved road have tar&stones patches.

I was in Iceland in April 2025, and this was my second visit to the country!

Both times, I rented a camper with CampEasy, and the whole process was easy and pleasant. The shuttle service was very helpful, and the pick-up/drop-off service was great.

Their campers are in excellent condition, and you will probably have no problems during your journey (I say “probably” because even when everything is in place, things can still happen).

It was a 21-day trip around the island from north to south and west to east, and it was amazing. Of course, the Tesla is not the best option for such a long trip at the end of winter because you can't cook inside the car and space is limited. But it was possible — and I did it!

Lastly, I also want to thank Dawid, Natalia, and Florentina for all the assistance they gave me!

One of my dreams was to travel the entire ring road, the best option to achieve this was in a camper van. I had my reservations that we wouldn't suffer from the cold or that the van would be uncomfortable, but on the contrary, we were never cold and we slept incredibly well every day. Highly recommended, especially for the personal service that Lidia and Natalia provided us.

We had a great trip in our little campeasy rig! We spent 8 nights in April and were cozy and warm even through some pretty snowy weather. The van was in good shape, clean and nice to drive. Dawid and Flore were super helpful!

I would definitely use CampEasy again and recommend them to others! The whole booking process was very easy, great communication before we got there, we were collected from the airport and everything explained very well to us when we arrived. The camper vans come with an ipad which is useful for communicating with the company through the chat option and for checking roads, camping sites and weather apps. The heating system worked very well (and was necessary in April as it was still very cold at night). We didn't have any problems.

I paid extra for the zero risk insurance, which we didn't need in the end, but I feel happier knowing we are covered.

Travelling around Iceland in a campervan is an excellent option as there is so much to see! The summer would be even better (the weather was still quite cold and windy in April) and so we'd like to go back! I'd use CampEasy again next time too.

We rented the VW transporter van which was a good size for 2 people (3 people would have been a bit of a squeeze).

We had a great experience with CampEasy that made our Iceland trip an amazing vacation. David was very helpful in describing everything before the trip, checking us in, and checking us out at the end. the van worked great, and we had no issues at all. The tablet that comes with the van is extremely helpful, we used it all the time, this alone was worth the experience with CampEasy. the reservation process is transparent, and everything was clear and straightforward. no complains at all. I would definitely recommend CampEasy to anyone who is planning a trip to Iceland.

We had an epic adventure in our Camp Easy van! The pickup process was simple (watch a few videos and talk to the staff, sign and drive!) Shout out to David (Dawid? Haha) for helping check us in and the check us out! We spent 9 days driving around the country in our Easy Clever 4x4. Next time we would probably upgrade to a bit larger one as it was cozy while sleeping (I’m 6ft tall and my wife is 5’8”) but everything else was great! It was very well appointed inside the van and easy to assemble the bed at night or couch during the day. We had a truly unforgettable experience! Thank you!

Thanks a lot to CampEasy and especially to our host Natalia for helping us with everything we ask her. We saw geysers, the blue cave under a glacier, took a boat trip up north and watched whales.

Exploring Iceland in the CampEasy Luxury 4x4 van was wonderful!! The van is tall enough to stand and move around with ease. It had a coffe maker, two refrigerators/coolers, a stove, and a lot of storage compartments. The van came equipped with WIFI and a tablet that could be used for GPS mapping and campsite searches.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I'm a huge fan of CampEasy and will use them again when I return to Iceland.

Incredible van experience in Iceland. These guys are very organised, friendly and helpful. You get a lift from and to the airport, they give you a tablet so you can get hold of them 24/7 and they really take care of you. Van was spacious and well equipped. Big thanks to Lidia and Dawid!

Great all round experience and would like to thank Dawad and Natalia for their time in setting up and ending the trip with the damage free ride discount.

Some tips before travel would be to have a phone that is able to call for the free airport shuttle and a credit card with a pin for the petrol stations.

We rented an easy clever 4x4 in Iceland end of January 2024.
The service was amazing!
- Shuttle from and to the airport
- Explanations at their office on the app, rules, etc.
- Explanations at the van
- They provide a tablet to keep in the front of the car with GPS, live chat to ask questions, road status, etc.
- They are super responsive!
- The van was in good conditions and it stays warm during the night once the bed opened

Absolutely perfect, highly recommend!

We had a great time exploring Iceland with our Camp Easy van. The van was super cosy with the heater, even when the temperature outside was well below 0°C. Dawid was super helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed before we set off. Including how to check road conditions and advice on winter driving. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends and can't wait to come back!
