CamperKing Scotland Reviews

Popped in with a fault on my campervan and Barry and Martin managed to squeeze in the brief repair on the same day. All very professional and efficient. 10/10

After exploring different avenues of the camper conversion companies out there, I was directed by a friend to check out Camper King Scotland, and after my first visit I felt confident that this was a well organised operation and it was down to choosing from a wide range of quality camper vans with options. After many visits I did go for an excellent quality van, thanks to Barry, Martin & others for their time and guidance throughout the process of choosing and purchase, all the very best to you all at Camperking Scotland, Alasdair

A very personal service. Went the extra mile for us when VW let us down.

We sold our campervan to Camper King Scotland. The selling process was entirely professional, friendly, hassle free and efficient. Their premises in Falkirk are excellent and the customer experience was exceptional. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Camper King Scotland to anyone looking to buy or sell their campervan.

Excellent customer service from Barry and Martin at CamperKing Scotland. Habitation check was thorough and any issues/fixes were explained clearly on pickup and via an emailed report. CamperKing quality in a convenient location. I highly recommend them.

A trusted VW converter company opens up in Falkirk, ideally poised in the central belt, selling new and nearly-new VW campervans, offering advice and servicing / habitation checks just beginning on site.

I owned a T6.1 and when I had to take a break from touring, I trusted Barry at Camper King Scotland to resell my 2020 vehicle - a 'St Tropez' conversion, and Barry and team were near-forensic in their tests and inspections.

As a consequence, new owners don't really need to worry about the background of a vehicle on the lot and if I had to buy a new vehicle, I wouldn't need to think about it. I'd definitely be back.

I am new to the world of campervanning. I had been recommended CamperKing by a friend who has a CamperKing van - and CamperKing Scotland (Falkirk) was a convenient place for me to start my research.

Barry has been very patient, spending a large amount of time talking me through the intricacies of the van and the world of campervanning as I am a novice! He is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. There was no hard sell, Barry is building his business model very much on a personal love of campervanning, technical expertise, quality conversions unpinned with an ethos of ongoing trust, support and customer aftercare.

The van itself is beautifully converted.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my adventures with the support of Barry, Martin and the added benefit of the CamperKing community for tips along the way.

Thank you to both Barry and Martin for your continued help (both before, during and since purchase!), it has been very much appreciated. Here's to some exciting adventures ahead!

I wish you every success with the new business. I feel very lucky to have started my adventures with the support of CamperKing Falkirk in the background. As others have commented, should I buy a van again in the future, I know where I will be going 😊

From first visit, both Barry and Martin were genuine, friendly and enthusiastic about their product. First impressions are massive, and these guys are very much campervanners and happy to help. Right place, right time and spotted my ideal camper, which was duly prepared, valeted, serviced and any concerns soon faded. Trust in their business is built on experience, and I wish them well in their venture as Camperking Scotland!

Big shout out to the guys Barry & Martin at Camperking Scotland.
We purchased / collected one of their amazing vans this past week and can not thank the gents enough for making the process so easy and straightforward.
From the moment we rocked up to the showroom to collection day everything was professionally dealt with, explained fully and done with good grace and much patience.
We debated and agreed on one or two extras and additions and these were dealt with on site where possible or passed to external trade specialists.
We have now completed our initial shakedown trip and are so ready for the next adventure.
We look forward to seeing Camperking Scotland continue to thrive and develop going forward and for sure we will be delighted to be a regular and a repeat customer.

We bought a VW T6 from Camperking Scotland. I highly recommend using Camperking Scotland, from the moment we pulled up we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Barry is so approachable and knowledgeable. There is no pressure put on you at all. I love that Barry was just as excited as us getting our first camper.
Barry was also at hand on the other end of the phone for any questions we had. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with Camperking Scotland X

I purchased a conversion from Barry in May 2023.

I had a great experience with Camperking Scotland. Barry spent a huge amount of time with me to talk me through all of my options, from van choice to the interior. He was extremely knowledgable and was more than willing to be patient whilst I mulled over the options. He even tried to help me source a base van, above and beyond the call of duty.

Apart from his knowledge, he’s just a nice guy to deal with. No hard sell, genuinely interested in making sure his customers make the best choice for them.

No doubt I’ll eventually need a new camper. I know where I’ll be going, Camperking Scotland.

Got really goid service from start to finish from Barry. Had some goid suggestions and continues to be a source of helpful advice.

Have the van now delighted with it getting excited for our first overnighter.
totally recommend

Great service at camperking Falkirk. Barry couldn't have been more helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a camper.

We were very impressed with the build quality of our new camper van and blown away with the life time warranty on the conversion.
Great company to deal with and strongly recommend.

Just purchased my first ever camper van, and cannot thank Camper King Scotland enough for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Right from the offset and Barry was professional, helpful and knowledgeable, no question was too much trouble and he put me at ease with his kind manner and patience. The van itself is incredible, the quality and detail has far surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a van to contact Barry at Camper King Scotland, you won’t regret it!

Barry in CamperKing Scotland is so helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of VW Campervans. He was very patient, answered all our questions and gave great advice. Nothing was a problem. The aftercare service and support offered means I feel totally reassured I have purchased a fabulous vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Camper King Scotland

Having thought about a camper van for some time we decide to bite the bullet and go for it. On the advice of a family member we went with CamperKing and walked into CamperKing Scotland in Falkirk on what happened to be Barry’s first day open to the public and things could not have worked out better. Friendly, polite and very knowledgeable Barry also offered a great deal of sensible advice based on his own experience as a van owner, and nothing was too much trouble. The finished van is everything we hoped for and more than and lives up to CamperKings reputation for quality. We are really enjoying our van and would not hesitate to recommend CamperKing to anyone.
