CAMPERS INN NIGHTMARE

I purchased SUNNYBROOK RAVEN 3300CK from Campers Inn RV of Davenport August 2025. The sales purchase was handled through Christopher Albert Sales Professional Campers Inn RV of Richfield WI. Immediately around the second week after the purchase I started experiencing problems with the Camper. With the purchase of the camper, a new water heater tank was installed. On August 29, 2025, I informed Chris that the pilot light was not working on the stove, the propane tanks weren’t working. He informed that he would help get this settled. He told me he was waiting to hear back from Davenport about the a/c that not working, the propane tanks not working and the regulator.

On 9/8/25 Chris told me that he was informed that an aim and flame oven/manual light. If you are pushing the pilot button, then need the long lighter to start. All ovens were manual up into a few years ago. My son informed him that the stove had a spark ignite switch. After clearly watching the operational video online for the camper, I can clearly see that was misinformed on the operation of the stove. For the oven, you typically need to the control knob in the pilot position while manually lighting the pilot with a lighter for the oven not the top of the stove.

Soon after these issues the new water heater tank went out, costing around $500 to replace the mother board for the tank. After going back and forth with Farhood Bait, the Service Manager of Campers Inn Davenport and Christopher Albert from Campers Inn RV of Richfield WI. Chris would tell me he was trying to resolve the issue, and Farhood told me that once they released the Camper to Chris, they weren’t responsible for water heater tank. In the meantime, my son had to go without hot water for a month. Now both parties have gone silent.

August 29, 2025, I received message from Chris that he hasn’t heard back from Davenport.
He pulled up everything Davenport fixed besides the camp-ready package and that they put close to $5k into the camper before, and after you purchased the unit. He informed me that I bought a service contract that should cover all these issues. I informed him that I paid over $1,000 for the inspection of the camper when I purchased the camper, I am being charged for a monthly fee for the service contract. I didn’t believe that is fair to me to need to file a claim on a camper that I just purchased that had a new water heater tank installed. I was informed by Christ that the extended warranty is good for any dealership that I choose to use. Maybe check with the RV park where the camper is to refer me somewhere.
That if I have someone that can tow the camper to one of these dealerships, all these issues can be fixed relatively fast.

The propane tanks still don’t work for water tank.

October 17, 2025, I requested the purchase receipt for the new water heater. I kept getting emailed the service record for the installation of the new water heater. On the service record the total amount for the replace and installation cost $1,727.87.

Spoke to service manager and they refused to stand behind their work. since there is no willingness to correct the situation, we are shopping elsewhere.

Although Chris did service the propane tanks, regulator and a/c the propane tanks still don’t work for the water heater tank. but they completely dropped the ball. We'll be shopping elsewhere when it's time to upgrade.

Service is terrible. From when we bought the RV it has spent most of the time with them discussing service for relatively minor and major things. Don’t believe the buy it from us, we will coordinate all service, that has been a nightmare. To be honest, this is my first experience purchasing camper, regretting the entire purchase at this point since.

We have been very unsatisfied with my purchase with Campers Inn RV of Davenport and Campers Inn RV of Richfield WI! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that anyone considering purchasing from CAMPERS INN RV of DAVENPORT or CAMPERS INN RV of RICHFIELD, DON’T!!!!!

Buyers Beware

We purchased an RV from Campers Inn RV – Tucker, GA and were told they would handle our Florida title, registration, and that we could not transfer our old plate. Because of that, we were charged for a brand-new tag.

After the sale, communication was terrible. We called multiple times over 30+ days with no updates and were repeatedly told someone would call us back — no one did. Our temp tag expired, and we still had no registration or plate. We eventually had to involve the Florida DMV just to get movement.

Once the registration finally arrived, the dealership suddenly claimed they could use our old plate after all — meaning we were charged for a new tag we never received. Now they are giving us the runaround on the refund they owe us.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Buyers deserve honesty, follow-through, and proper handling of fees — none of which we received here. I hope our experience helps others make an informed decision.

I purchased a used RV from Campers Inn…

I purchased a used RV from Campers Inn of Raynham after clearly stating that I would be living in the unit full-time and have serious mold and environmental sensitivities. I was given repeated verbal assurances that the RV had been fully inspected, was safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Upon delivery, however, it was immediately clear that this was not true. Several major systems were not functioning on day one, including a failed air conditioning unit, a leaking tank, and leaking water lines. More disturbingly, the RV showed unmistakable signs of a long-term rodent infestation — including droppings in cabinets and vents, gnawed materials, and structural cavities packed with spray foam, wire mesh, and scent packs clearly placed to cover up contamination.

These issues were never disclosed prior to sale. I later confirmed through a licensed exterminator that this was an extended infestation, and obtained a statement from the previous owner confirming the RV had no rodent problems when it was traded in — meaning the contamination occurred while the unit sat on Campers Inn’s lot for a year and a half. Despite this overwhelming evidence, the dealership made no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was met with vague responses, dismissiveness, and eventually, complete silence. The General Manager Mark Person stopped responding entirely once I began asking direct questions and presenting documentation.

Rather than acknowledge their role, Campers Inn attempted to reframe the issue, downplay its severity, and hide behind an “as-is” sign-off sheet that — to make matters worse — listed the wrong make and model, raising serious questions about the paperwork’s legitimacy. What I experienced wasn’t just negligence — it was a systemic failure of ethics, responsibility, and transparency. This company sold me an unsafe, contaminated unit, concealed known defects, and walked away the moment they were confronted with the truth. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership — they are not honest, and they will not stand behind what they sell.

Oh and here are some photos of the contamination I found immediately after delivery, including active rodent infestation and the clear attempt to cover it up. This is what they knowingly sold and refused to take responsibility for. This REAL Review is for Campers Inn Raynham, MA.
