I purchased one shirt and never received it. I reached out several times and told them what my next steps will be legally. I received a emailed me back. I received a shirt. I understand they may be backlogged but they should inform there customers because they will not have a business without customers. God bless you all.

Ordered 1 T-Shirt from this company 2 months ago. Whenever i inquire about my order I receive a generic response stating my order would ship on July 6th. It is now July 20th and I am receiving the same response. I would never order from this company again and would not suggest them to anyone.

I am so disgusted with this company. I ordered 2 shirts from them on the 1st of June for shirts for Juneteenth; it is July 17th and I have not received my order. This recording says the order is being process and they are experiencing a delay because of Covid19. I don't want the shirts now and this company says they have processed the order so I can't get a refund. I want my money because it's been over a month and I don't have the shirts. I shutter to think of what I might receive if I ever receive the order. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I have not been able to ever even speak to any representative about my order, just listen to recordings. This is the worst service ever. I WANT A REFUND!!! I WANT A REFUND NOW!!!

Great products and really great customer service. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 shirts in April and have only received 1 shirt. I have sent emails, called and had conversations via chat with reps and they continue to give me generic responses. I filed a claim to get a refund and was denied. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order online on 2 May 2020. I have not received my T shirt. It was a “lockdown “ birthday gift. I have had a partial refund. They are unable to cancel my order because it had been sent to the printer. The order status had been stuck in “printing “ since 9 May. I have emailed them in a number of occasions. No joy. No T shirt. Disgraceful service

I placed order on June 5th, for June 19th celebration. I asked for refund because it never arrived. I keep getting the same generic email reply. I ordered from another company and the order was processed printed and shipped within 3 days!
Dont waste you time and money with this company. They clearly dont value their customers. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Horrible company.
Update: My total purchase amount was $32.98... they gave me a refund of a whopping...$3.30.
This company is trash! Please do not order from these people.

I'm writing a review because I rely on these when I order online products. For this company, though, I didn't see many good reviews but I took a chance, as it was the only one I could find with this design. I ordered May 1st and nervously checked my order OFTEN! Customer service responded to me each time and the T-shirt arrived June 1st (so keep that in mind when ordering). It is perfect! I ordered purple for my daughter's 11th birthday and she loves it! Great quality and sizing was exact.

Size was correct. Good quality fabric. Attractive font and lettering is of good quality.

Ordered April 28 and it didn't arrive until June. Too late for the birthday but still a good momento.

When I explained that it was going to be late they offered a partial refund which was generous. Good customer service.

Order early.

Dont use. Unfortunately I had to give it atleast 1 star. Poor communication, very long wait time. I ordered 2 different Quanrantine t-shirts back in April. It took nearly 14 "working days" for it to move from "Preparing to print" onto the "Printing" stage. Considering they say its shipped within "5-15 working days". Then another 10 "working days" later they were still being "printed", with no contact from them about any sort of delay. When contacted I heard nothing. A week later the only thing I could do was to "put in a claim" then after about another week I got an email saying that they cancelled my order. Total waste of time. Better companies out there offering the same sort of stuff. Dont waste your money or time with this company.

Extremely satisfied with the merchandise on my 1st purchase that I bought a 2nd and both arrived within timing expected. The quality is great as well.

the order processing takes longer than 2 weeks for ONE shirt; shipped within the continental US. i specifically purchased the "birtday t-shirt" two weeks prior to the actual date of the birthday; thinking that the was a reasonable and an ample time to allot for a simple shirt [my customised and engraved wallet took only 4 days from france lol]... they took 5 days after i placed the order before they claimed that it was "being printed" and that was 8 days ago to-date and apparently it is still "being printed" as of yet. alas, the birthday comes i am still waiting for the shirt. sigh... when i contacted them to check to ensure that the order is properly processed, i was met with attitude by someone named "michael"; dismissive and condescending. i mean, chillax dude, it was only an enquiry. lol

I bought my son the quarantined birthday shirt. He loved it and thought it was so funny. Very good quality!
