Very poor experience verging on scam and illegal processes

I needed levellers for my campervan and did a search for them. camping parts ireland had them available. I emailed initially to see could I pick them up at their warehouse to save the 20 euro (flat rate) delivery cost. Very quick reply to say no they don't facilitate this. So I proceeded to order them as I needed them fairly quickly. A few days later levellers without a bag were delivered but with an invoice from Charles camping. Invoice was for less than half the price I paid camping parts ireland. I was taken aback and emailed camping parts to see if this was my order. They confirmed that it was. I said can I get a refund so for the difference in price. Very quick response this time from an individual email not the info@ one. Email saying no that was how they make a profit. I said ok but that I did not get what I ordered and where was my bag I paid for. I have not heard from them since despite a number of emails sent to the info@ email and the individual email address. I am considering making a complaint to the data protection commissioner and going to the small claims court. They can still salvage this situation by supplying what is outstanding.
But I will never order anything from these guys again.

Fake Company - Scam

I was in need of a roof light for my horse box, looked around Irish Websites for a replacement, and came across Camping Parts Ireland Their write-up informed potential Customers that they had the largest selection of camper parts in Ireland...so I ordered an MPK Roof Light in Grey. Almost 2 weeks later, a package arrived from a UK Company on eBay, it contained an MPK Dome for a Roof Light, - only a part of the item I ordered and paid for -! I emailed Camping Parts Ireland through the ONLY means of contact on their Website, a personal email address... I must have written 6+ emails with relevant pics to a 'charming' female customer service agent (and I use the word 'charming' in complete sarcasm!)..who basically told me the item was the right part, I was wrong and I was not entitled to a return or refund. I was subsequently ignored completely. So I was just sold a part of the item I purchased, for the same price as the whole item, scam??!...I then inspected their Website further, and came across their refunds and returns policy, they told Customers to contact Cosy Campers in the event of a problem with an order. When I contacted this Company, they were quite perturbed, as they have no affiliation with campingparts.ie whatsoever!...Scam??!...so in the end, it turns out that this individual on eBay byrnerbyrner1, purchased the incorrect, lesser value item on eBay, and illegally shared my Personal details with a third party, and had item dropshipped to my Address without my consent or knowledge, data protection breach??!...my advice would be to avoid this 'company' at all costs for a peaceful life!, as it is an unhelpful Individual behind the facade, who does not have a huge warehouse or stock amount, but buys from eBay! I still want my return and refund.....
